Haven't had a bad experience after a good handful of times ordering ahead. Their sandwiches are pretty darned good. I definitely do not put Jersey Mike's in the fast food category. More aligned with Subway, except at Jersey Mike's you get a nice amount of meat without having to pay for double-meat. Went to Jersey Mike's on Feb 28th what's the Jersey Mike's on february 28th I misplaced my phone the folks I bought the cereal from had my phone in their Honda.Asked for help female employee wouldn't help, manager was very helpful,even let use their phone,called my phone,and they came back.Very delighted and gave gas money.All the lady said have a nice day,and made a point about there Need your employees to show some respect for customers.THAT WAS RUDE!!!!,may not come back Edward Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
