Difficult to find parking as there aren't many accessible spots. Little tight getting around with a service dog but overall okay. Food was okay but sandwiches weren't cut all the way through which made them difficult to pull apart for me. I would have asked them to cut them again but I didn't know until after I had left as I had ordered it to go. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I had ordered on line and was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I don’t live far so I left at 5:30 pm and when I walked in I could see that they were extremely busy so I waited by the rack for online orders/pickup area. The manager there was helping at first and had bagged up a couple of orders and then left them behind the counter. Then he preceded to go and take out the garbage without asking the 2 other people waiting in the takeout area if it was anyone’s order he just bagged up. I waited another 5 minutes before a prep person finally asked anyone for a name and it was indeed my order that he had bagged up and left there. It was not like he didn’t know we were waiting as he made eye contact. Why would a Manager just leave and decide to take out garbage when it was so busy? Food was great Manager should be fired! Great sandwich place! Meat and cheese are cut fresh to order every time. A little more expensive than subway or Jimmy John's, but the quality is well worth the couple bucks. Went in at 8:40 left work early to try and make it in time since I always work in the food industry & was rejected a hot sandwich even though they were clearly open. No where on website or in store does it say anything about not being able to order hot sandwiches. This is the second time I’ve had issues with trying to get a sandwich. Super poor customer service.

Total bummer when you order Mike's way and she puts so much vinegar on it the bread was soggy. Will try again in the future to see if it's any better. I know from past experience this isn't common practice. Usually the food is good. I have always enjoyed coming to this jersey Mike's, the staff are always funny and do their best even when busy. Today I ordered a #64 and, if I remember right, Noland the manager did my sandwich. He was pretty busy but let me know that it was worth the wait and it would be the best sandwich I've had. Drove home opened it up, and yes I can agree it was pretty gosh darn good. If Jersey Mike's Rosemary Parmesan crusted bread is your favorite feature of this awesome chain, then definitely don't look to this location. Here is the single most out of stock location for this type of bread of any that I've been to over the years. Finally updating my status to 2-stars after ordering a sandwich with this bread again yesterday and finding it missing. I can't keep getting my hopes crushed like this guys lol.

IF I COULD GIVE TWENTY STARS I WOULD! My sandwich was made to perfection in just a few minutes, using the freshest ingredients I've seen at a sub sandwich shop in quite a long time. The time between my order being placed and my receiving my food was just a few minutes, and most important of all it was delicious!!! The restaurant was clean and accessible at all times, and the music tasteful. They also had a TV that looked like it was playing ESPN. A nice touch in case I were to come during a game. Yet sometimes it takes experiencing a difficulty at a business for you to really know how great that business is. On my first visit to this business a couple of weeks ago I discovered a problem with handicapped access. BUT THEY FIXED IT SO WELL YOU'D NEVER KNOW THE ISSUE HAD EVER BEEN THERE! KUDOS TO THE OWNERS & STAFF OF THIS JERSEY MIKE'S!!! The Owners reached out to me within 24 hours of my initial review being posted. They sought to understand the problem, and then took immediate and decisive action to correct it. I've never seen a business so proactive at fixing an ADA access problem. And on my visit today I found 100% handicapped access throughout the businesses. Plenty of seating (inside and out) that would accommodate multiple wheelchairs or other mobility equipment. Words just can't express how welcome they made me feel by responding to the issue the way that they did. The concern and effort put forth was nothing short of spectacular. And their efforts paid off by allowing me to visit today as easily as any of the other customers there. Everything that was available to the other customers, was available to me without the need to ask for special accommodations. This was true even during the peak of their lunch rush hour. They have not only delivered on their “A Sub Above” promise; they have shown that they are “A Business Above” as well. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Jersey Mike's!!! I highly recommend this business to everyone. They are one of Salem/Keizer's truly great businesses. Absolutely worth the trip (esp. because they are so conveniently located) any time you seek a quality dining experience that is quick and affordable!!!

First time customer. Showed up at lunchtime so it was rather busy. Most of the tables were in need of cleaning. The sandwich (a Philly cheese steak) was ok. Lots of meat and cheese, not so many peppers. Meh.
