If I could leave 0 stars I would. I picked up an order on New Year's Day. I understand it's difficult working on holidays and I just came from my own holiday retail shift so I came in with an extremely positive and grateful attitude. The cashier who took my order at approximately 3 pm was one of the rudest employees at any business that I've ever encountered. If you want to be laughed at, talked down to, and experience 0 friendliness- this is where to go. I love jersey Mikes and have for years but I will drive the extra distance to go to one further away where people are nicer and easy to work with/talk to.
After getting home, my entire food order was wrong which was obviously a disappointment. However, after the rudeness I received while in store, it wasn't even worth going back and complaining since
I didn't feel like being laughed at or dealing with whatever comments she would make while remaking them.
