Horrible. Told 10-15 min wait for my food. After I order... Waited 17 mins prior just in line... Then I go to get my wife cause this was for her lunch .. and we come back and no sandwich was made yet..... She has only 15 mins left on her lunch break.... And now we are here again..... No sandwich.... This is now 23 mins after I order and 40 mins after arriving..... Then I ask for my order they say "he is just now getting started on it"..... My pregnant wife's lunch is now ruined and she is gonna go back to work and we wasted time and gas and her break and everything for a sub that takes 28+ mins from order time ??? I do Door Dash. 😢 this store is the worst I deal with. This photo was taken after I was asked what is the name. An employee in the back was showing his videos on his phone. They had 7 employers working that day and only 1 helping me. He also left to check out video. 😢 I had to texted my customer it was going to be late. It seems to happen a lot from this store. Overall, nothing special, overpriced, and slow service. The subs tasted fine but had no phenomenal element that made them stand out above the rest. Their gimmick is that they slice the meats and cheeses right in front of you for each sub ordered. I also saw that they charged me extra for my order, even though nothing was added or altered from what was listed on their menu. The restaurant was decently clean, staff friendly enough.

Been here a few times and get the club sub. Every single time (and all but one location I've been to so far) almost always forget to put the included bacon on it. Location looked clean. Mike's Way every time! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Online ordering is a gamble. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don’t. I was disappointed with the little lettuce they put on my sandwich today. I’m such a Jersey Mikes fan that I’ll still order from them though. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Had a great experience here. First time I've even been in a Jersey Mike's. Love that they cut the meats as they prepare the sandwich. Friendly staff. Will definitely go back.
