Food is great. However I did a mobile order pick up and when I went to go pick up my order, I told the lady upfront my name, and instead of her, handing me my bag, she pushed it across the counter, and turned around. I was driving down Kirk Road on my way to the outlet mall when I saw a sign for this location and decided to check it out since this was going to be my second time ever in a Jersey Mike’s Subs. I wanted to record my experience as well. Upon walking in with my camera, I was stopped by a gentleman asking me can I help you? I simply continued to review the place. Asked me again couple of times than I finally let him know what I was doing. That I was getting documents the place so the I can write a review based of my experience. He apologized for the questions since they have been getting a lot of people trying to find out why the place is under new management. We continue to talk more while I placed my order for two Big Beef Kahuna combo with chips and drinks. There were three employees working there. Two young lady’s and one gentleman.
