Always good food. Excellent service. Might be busy because a lot of locals go here.. My suggestion:: The Hamburger Steak and eggs. Order a side of gravy, it's a big patty so be hungry. The food is always done perfectly, my compliments to the cook. One of the best Cafes in Porterville. Here again this morning heading out on a long road trip. Once again the Hamburger Steak was fantastic. Gotta full belly and a long ride ahead. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A staple in town, but trapped in time. Portions are small, variety is bad, they no longer have the bakery window up front, prices are high for what you get, sides aren't listed on the menu, the service is average and they can't even get anything really healthy or progressive on their menu like vegan food.
