My go-to Vietnamese restaurant in Kuching. They serve authentic Vietnamese food with Vietnamese staff and chef. It tastes as good as the ones I had in Vietnam. Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (Grilled Pork and Spring Rolls with Noodles) which is in the photo is very recommended. It has tons of vegetables (hidden underneath), rice vermicelli as carbs and pork meat + pork spring roll for meat. The tamarind juice is very special and sour as they have seedless tamarind pieces and peanuts. I also recommend Bánh hỏi (woven rice vermicelli with crispy pork) and bò kho (beef stew with rice noodles). The noodle soups here have a huge portion. The curry tastes a bit funny and unique, I wouldn’t recommend the curry soup. They offer free fruits which is much appreciated. Different days have different fruits. They also sell Vietnamese products for cooking. The lotus root salad is quite interesting. Very crunchy and light to the taste. The beef pho is good. Lots of noodles! And generous with the beef too. The Coffee is superb according to my friend. Will have to try that for myself next time. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Pho Bo

Not sure if it's authentic Vietnamese food but the food here suits my taste buds. The food is not heavily flavored and I think it can be eaten regularly. The lime juice I ordered was surprisingly good, bland presentation but refreshing and pure taste. The price and portions are standard for me. But the waiting time is so long, I guess I waited for more than half an hour to get my food and the customer flow was not too high that time. Quiet place for dinner, with lots of parking at that time. Cafe was relatively quiet too, which was a good thing for us! Menu looks quite extensive, and we chose: mango salad [generous helping, nice tangy seasoning], crispy spring rolls [came freshly fried, crisp, firm fillings], braised pork with egg [very tender pork, but looked a little insipid, not richly dark as I would expect] and fried "cabbage" [which was midin, but differently cooked]. Generally quite pleasant food - difficult to match up to the best dishes in Vietnam, and I would say with a home-cooked approach to the food rather than authentic street/cafe food in Vietnam, but still quite pleasant, for all that. Service was friendly. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Located opposite Aeroville Mall, quiet place with plenty of parking. Nice authentic Vietnamese food, tasty too. They also sell a range of imported Vietnamese instant noodles and food products. Only drawback was the service was a little slow as there is not enough staff to handle the hight crowd. Place is always packed with customers.

I personally visited Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and I think this beef pho is quite good actually, taste good to me, and the prawn wrap is nothing special but the prawn is those fresh type. Vietnamese Coffee is okay, average. Only the interior environment is too bad, the air is smelly/ oily, suspect the kitchen is without proper ventilation, space is not clean enough.

Bahn hoi heo quay ⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 - wrapped neatly with somewhat pork chop filling instead of roasted pork as seen on menu, serves with pickles garnish and fish sauce. Bun cha gio ⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 Vietnamese spring roll Pho Tai ⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup - comes separately with Hoisin & chili+lemon grass + coconut dip sauce. Nice. Hot lemon is good. Nothing fancy in it. 👍 Simple deco. Well lit. Clean space. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person RM 40–60 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
