Best coffee in town! Jen's place was our favourite restaurant in Tofo. We've been there several times. Nice atmosphere, fair prices, tasty food and especially coffee and cake are delicious! Ask for the hot chocolate with espresso in it, its amazing. Jen is a lovely person and a good chef!

Jens place is incredible. Best coffee and best carrot cake in town NO COMPETITION. also one of the best vegan bacons I’ve ever tasted. Come for the food, stay for the conversation. You’ll be missing out if you miss this place in tofo.

A place to always feel at home. The variety of cakes is amazing and a must try. Even vegan options available. Best carrot and cheese cake with some good coffee. Always something new to try.

A hidden gem in Tofo - well priced & delicious coffee, excellent quality food ... Best and freshest cake I've enjoyed in a long time.

Smashing little cafe outside the front of the pariangos hostel in Tofo.
Great place for vegans and vegetarians alike - the facon (fake bacon) is smashing and delicious.
The cakes are mouth watering and scrumptious. Would definitely recommend the carrot cake although I'm biased as it's my favourite (comes with a vegan option too).
Jenny is also a great host with lots of stories and time to listen. Would definitely come again!

What an amazing place!!! As a vegan travelling in Mozambique it can be very difficult to find a place not only that can cater for you, let alone somewhere that goes above and beyond to make sure you can enjoy all the things you miss from the western world and remain plant based! Luckily, Jen's is exactly that and I can promise that whether you are vegan or not you wont be disappointed. I must specifically recommend her plant based bacon or 'facon', I have been coming here for a long time and know much of her meat eating clientele actually opt for the fake option instead of the real thing, it's that good!!
Even if you're starving yourself for your whole stay in Tofo, do yourself a favour and at least drop in for a chat with the owner, Jen. She is an incredibly welcoming host and has amazing stories from her lifetime of travel on top of everything she has experienced in Mozambique.
If still not convinced, she also has a beautiful young black Labrador called Jet.
