Had a fantastic time at Jefferson Lounge! The bartender's impressive memory ensured our orders were spot-on. The chef delivered awesome food, and the lounge atmosphere with multiple TVs and games created a lively environment. The culinary experience was truly amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been here 8 times, if I recall correctly. This place could be SO good. I want it to be good… but it’s always a let down. The XL cheesy bread is the only constantly good thing. The pizza unfortunately is always a soggy mess in the center. It will look great from the top but the center WIILL be soggy in the center. When reaching for a slice, expect around half the slice to lift (the part where the crust is cooked) and for the soggy center circle to remain adhered to the pan. I always order the 3 meat pizza— is that the issue, should they remove this option if their oven can’t keep the pie cooked with that many toppings? The service is always kind but the food is always SO SLOW to come out. Today and multiple times before, I’ve been there when it was very quiet and we’d still end up waiting 45+ minutes before seeing our starter cheese bread. At least two times the cheese bread comes out alongside the pizza instead of before and one time they forgot it altogether. I’m not sure what the hold up is— is the brick oven too small, causing a choke point? Do they run a ghost kitchen for DoorDash that is making the place “busy” when no one is sitting in the chairs? I have no idea, but I certainly have all the time in the world to speculate as I sit there waiting. I’m not writing this to make the business owners life harder. Consider this basically a request from a repeat customer to please makes some changes because the ingredient quality and restaurant itself all scream that the place could be beyond excellent. It just isn’t currently, unfortunately. I cannot justify coming back to pay a premium price (that I’m happy to pay, normally!) for slow and undercooked food anymore. So my daughter and I happened upon this little gem in downtown CB this last weekend In search for a tavern that had some good beer and burger. We didn't get the wygu burgers, I guess those are rotated onthe menu but we had some good food and drinks! We were impressed with the chill atmosphere and great service by Nick & Draven both (Nick even saved us JIT from feeding the meter on a wknd!) some of the food is decent bar food but the artichoke dip was amazing with the fire toasted pizza bread dippers. I hope they bring that back because I already had to stop by work after work to satisfy my craving for some, less than a week later and it was different bread dippers but I called and when i come back for a beer later, Ryan's gonna replace them. #great service I'm happy we found a great little place on our little CB 100s block. My daughter and I will be back to try brunch too because there's not enough places in town that have a yummy brunch so we're excited to give Lincolns Pub a try! They are also Jeffersons Lounge (sister resteraunt connected to it & sharesthe fire oven/kitchen like a big city) a try!!

Service was great. It was pretty busy when I came in but the bartender seemed to be keeping up pretty well and was still acknowledging me as I was waiting to order, letting me know she didn’t forget about me. Food was delicious too. Some of the best pizza I’ve had and the Cuban sandwich was on point. I will be back
