The food was not all that great, the quality was there just extremely bland for Mexican food. We have some amazing Mexican restaurants back home that blow this place away. The atmosphere was great. Service was amazing. And the cocktails were not good at all. All in all it was super super over priced for what you get won’t go back there and just be warned, people that say this place is amazing is not telling the truth.

Had a recommendation to come here from a girl from work when we had a trip planned to Vegas. The service was absolutely top-notch, always were being asked if we needed something or how everything was. Our waters were never empty. (I may have drank tons of water because the salsa they serve was so amazing but a bit spicy ) The food was absolutely amazing. They bring you up fresh salsa and chips, and that stuff I could’ve ate my entire weight in it was so good. The drinks were good however a bit pricey we would’ve had more drinks if they weren’t $24 American each. The appetizer and meals were to die for just enough food, and the flavour was outstanding. We will definitely be back in the future

I love every Javier’s I go to, so I was very excited to see one in Vegas! Let me tell you- service as always was fantastic. GREAT food. The chips and salsa were honestly better then the other 3 Javier’s I’ve been too. It’s a small restaurant compared to the others, but it stacks up well. They got us in right away, and the food came out FAST. It was delicious and I was very happy with our order.

Good Mexican food in the Bellagio! The guacamole is great and the fajitas were done well. The tortillas are made in house and worth the entire dish. Staff is very nice but it’s a bit noisy.

Every time I have been here the food, service, ambience and crowd are amazing.
This is a Mexican restaurant with very reasonable prices considering the portion size and amazing savory flavor!
Being from south Louisiana - Lafayette & New Orleans - I can tell you what fresh, moist, juicy, fresh, savory food is; this place has it!
Please book online via MGM rewards app or website.
Javier’s is located inside the ARIA hotel opposite side of cashier cage and close to Alibi lounge (opposite casino wall).
Bar is first come, first serve and has full menu service available as well.

Food was great! Server was amazing! The atmosphere was beautiful and well thought out. I wish the openings where people sit on the casino side had white/sheer vails. I think the casino distracts from the atmosphere of the restaurant. Besides that everything else was good. I’ll be back definitely!

Javiers is always a must for us in Vegas. Their margarita menu is fun and the food tastes so vibrant and fresh. I love the bar area. It’s not loud but, still lively. Service is always fast here. I ate the Taquitos combo appetizer. I highly recommend. A plus is the free fresh chips and salsa!!!!

Mexican Food
Javier, Javier, Javier's! Where do I begin? Well, my son and I were in Vegas for the holidays, and my dad suggested we eat at Javier's since they were staying at the Aria. SN: Make reservations! The atmosphere was eclectic with traditional Latin vibes; music, furniture, lighting, color scheme. Our server was Oscar. This guy knew his stuff! He was almost as good as me, lol. They brought it chips and salsa off course, and I ordered the fundido for the table. Don't sleep on the fundido! The flavor was amazing, full of chorizo, mushrooms, onions, and of course, QUESO! My brother and I ordered the fajitas. Which were well portioned, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully plated. But the winner was the tomahawk pork chop. My mom ordered it. This chop had the perfect amount of grill flavor. It was juicy and ridiculously tender. All in all we had an amazing experience and the price point was reasonable. You guys gotta try it out!

Best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to across the US/Canada - and I don’t say that lightly. Yes, this is a fancy place but the focus on preparing great food isn’t missing. The servers were excellent and the food came out quickly for an always-busy spot. We were lucky to get a spot on a busy Thu night but I’d recommend reservations.
Well the usual expansive beans and rice lol. Cool spot. Service was great. Just pricey as is most places in Vegas these days.
