What a great place! They have amazing drinks and snacks! The new owner is doing amazing, and will continue to make this stand flourish! I personally have worked with this new owner at a previous stand she is absolutely amazing, she is kind, understanding and was ultimately one of the best employers that I have ever had! If she had to make a tough decision, I can guarantee that there is a reason behind, and that she is doing what is best for the stand! Let’s remember to be kind and lift people up instead of criticizing based on false opinions, this new owner is going to do amazing things with this stand!

Seems some are reluctant to change. I was absolutely thrilled to hear this stand was being bought by the current owner. I'm excited to have her back in our town again for great coffee and service. She once ran a great business here and is going to do it again. There is no doubt this will be a reliable and professional business with great service. She is a local and has a huge following. We are glad your back!

All I can say is WOW! It’s not often you go somewhere these days and get a friendly and amazing experience. That’s Java the Hut! Abby was soooo helpful and made a killer coffee. I was at wake up call yesterday and they were terrible and their drinks tasted nasty. Such a great experience today with Abby. I will be coming back! 🙌🤩
I love this place! I’ve only recently started coming to Java the Hut! I’ve had amazing coffee’s and service!
It’s such a beautiful and much needed overdue aesthetic upgrade to Post Falls. A great upgrade all around!
The girls are so sweet here too!! My family is a big fan of the breakfast options and the protein shakes are delicious too!

I have to say as an ex-barista myself, I'm definitely picky about my coffee but Java has met every expectation and if I dare say it, makes better coffee than I used to. They carry great treats to pair with your drink and every barista I've met has been great. I'll admit I was hesitant to try given some of the recent reviews but thrifting isn't the same without an iced coffee and lucky for me, it's in the same parking lot as one of my favorite shops. Stopping here has definitely become part of my routine!

What was once a staple in our morning routines and community, has been ungracefully ripped out of our lives from out of town owners and management. With the amount of coffee stands and shops that line E Seltice Way in our beloved Post Falls, finding the one that best fits you comes down to the environment, energy, and compassion you feel when visiting these places. All of which have nothing to do with the coffee, and everything to do with the people who serve you. Upon hearing that Haley was fired, an absolute ball of love and energy that made my day each morning with her savvy conversation and witty banter, I was very nervous that the place I loved for a coffee or drinks for my kids, was about to undeniably fall on its last legs. Well that sad day has come. Nina, who has served our community for over a decade, has now left. A person whose very presence made you feel welcomed and adored, whose soul radiated out into this world with her ability to make you and your problems feel heard and important, has been forced out of our lives due to the greed and inaccurate assumptions that the new owners made about what makes Java The Hut, a “Top Rated” find on google. As more of our local and long time customer reviews come in, the “Top Rated” tag will no longer be attached to this once wonderful place, and next would most certainly be a name change. If both of these things happen, then it only means we were right about everything we are seeing and feeling from the new take over. They replaced the love you feel, with cake pops and bagels. Replaced the girls we loved, with clock in, and clock out, “where’s my tips” type personalities, and worst of all, THE NEW OWNERS ARE FROM SPOKANE!!! In the world we live in today, helping out our locals and community is the least we can do, and with so many other options in our neighborhood, I would rather grab a coffee from a two day old pot at the 76 gas station, than to ever spend another dime at the coffee stand that once stood as Java The Hut.

It’s so nice to see a once run down coffee stand get revamped!! The new owner has been in the coffee industry for many years and clearly knows what she’s doing. The drinks are AMAZING the staff is SO friendly and she is so involved in giving back to the community. Whenever I’m in post falls Java the hut will always be my go to spot!!
This coffee stand is one of my all time favorites! The drinks taste delicious and I love what the new owners have done to spruce up the stand. Will definitely be back! Thanks again for the great service.

After reading the reviews, it just seems hard for people to accept change. They will automatically think the worst without giving the new owners a chance. It’s sad really. You don’t always know what goes on behind the scenes people. There’s ALWAYS TWO SIDES to the story. The new owners are an absolute gem, and they’ve taking an outdated coffee stand and turned it into something amazing! Way to go!! Maybe actually give them a chance. 💁🏻♀️Keep it up Java! Change CAN actually be a good thing. ❤️🔥👏🏻 and also; YOUR COFFEE AND STAFF ROCK!
