When your menu consists mainly sandwiches, soups,& salads you better stick the landing. Mac n Cheese tasted like glue soupy mess with little cheese flavor. Fruit bowl consist of more lettuce than fruit. Hibiscus te had no real Hibiscus flavor and was water down. I was hoping the walnut cranberry cookies would save the day. Cookies were under done and doughy. Poor value and quality. . Food: 2

The tea bar was messy and lemons unavailable. Ordered the manager special with lobster chowder and beefeater. The chowder has been heated too long and was mush. Beefeater was good, but seemed a little dried out. I asked the server to refill the lemons and when I went to top off my drink they still were not available. Just juice and old remnants. Waited over 30 minutes for an online order that was never made, watched countless people come in and be served before our order was ready. No apology for the wait time or sense of urgency to get meals prepared quickly. Will definitely not be returning or recommending. Too bad they do have good food. At 54 years old no one ever believes my age. I eat a salad twice weekly at Jason’s deli among my other remedies that keep me looking young. I DON’T recommend going to this location! The service from the employee’s, unfortunately, was a very negative experience! Also the food quality was not good. When I asked why the tea was watered down the staff explained that’s how they do it here. This Jason’s Deli is definitely not some where we will be returning, which makes us sad because we love Jason’s Deli, but not this one!

This is the chef salad there is may be a quarter of a cup and that has been generous of ham maybe an eighth of a cup of turkey, a box of lettuce, two tomatoes, and possibly a quarter of a cup of grated cheese. There are no boiled eggs, no cucumbers, no carrots nothing that would scream chef salad to me. And I don’t remember the price of it but it was more than $10. Ridiculous. The potato that I had was a barbecue potato and it was good, but it was not as good as its price tag, and it certainly didn’t make up for the unacceptable salad. Tried a different location, and the consistency between locations is always amazing! I love this Ultimate BLT Bowl and vegetarian chili combo! I went from cup to bowl this time because of the small difference in price, but it was too much. I'll stick to the cup next time. Also, I love that I asked for the chili to be EXTRA HOT and boy did they deliver! Thanks for listening to the customer! Writing this, I'm sad 😔 I forgot to get my FREE ice cream cuz I was with a co-worker and we were running late, but I probably would've been too stuffed to enjoy it. This place needs a good scrub down. Floor dirty. Flies behind the counter. The salad plates aren't clean. I kept having to ask for a new one. My soup spoon was dirty. The guy replenishing the salad bar didn't have on gloves. The manager running around looking for his energy drink.

After shopping for a new refrigerator we got hungry so we decided to go somewhere we could eat fairly healthy, since I am an INDEPENDENT VIVRI LEADER who promotes nutrition. So we had salads and it was what I needed. It but the spot. Thank You everyone for making us feel welcomed to our new forever home NEW BRAUNFELS! Love the salad bar! Prices are moderate and the menu has something for just about anyone. Kids love the free ice cream - adults too!
