The restaurant is close to the highway and plenty of parking. The lunch specials are a good deal since you get to try two skewers, salad, and sticky rice. Food is made fresh and piping hot. Stopped by Sacramento and decided to try this place since I saw their fish laap on yelp and really wanted to try it out. Customer service was a plus, our server was super sweet. Was satisfied was all my food especially the lao style papaya and Lemongrass beef skewers, but I was so disappointed when I saw the fish laap. The portion was so little and you can barely see any meats, and no flavor at all. Bathroom needs cleaning also, it was super dirty. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
