I just want to start by saying that my husband and I have been going to jakers for years! We usually enjoy our service there as the staff is very friendly, and the food is pretty well consistent. Unfortunately, we had a reservation with some friends of ours for Valentine’s Day and the service was very poor. We got our drinks within 10 minutes, which was pretty normal for the dining side. However it took 30 minutes to get our scones that we asked for. And when we asked or server Kory if the scones were on the way. She responded with “I said they were coming”. Now, I can look past having a rough night as it was Valentines Day…she brought the salads out and 10 minutes later brought the scones. She continued to be very short with us throughout the night despite how understanding we were. We waited over an hour for our food, which the chef was so kind to deliver on her behalf. Our drinks remained empty throughout the evening. I feel as though she spent the rest of the evening avoiding us. By this point we were 1 of the last 2 tables in her section. One person from our table ended up with the wrong order. When he confronted her about it she said “well that’s what you ordered” she did offer to make another steak, but by this point we had been there for over 2 hours. Not a single apology, or an ounce of decent customer service came from Kory. By the end of our meal we left enough money to cover the kitchen staffs hard work for tip out.

They are really cheap when it comes to there bread they only give you one even when you sit down they only give you one. The soup I ordered was so tiny. Last time I sat and ate there they barely approached me don’t recommend this place overpriced and serve you super small amounts not worth it never again! I enjoy eating there. The restaurant is clean, has a warm comforting atmosphere, and the workers are nice. The food is edible, but should not cost that much. I had gotten a BLT, it was good but the appearance looked like me on a Monday morning. The mayonnaise on one half wasn't spread out, and was just a big clump. Food tasting 6/10, food appearance 4/10. Very nice place and friendly service! Food looked good but was not. What a beautiful looking salad to ruin it with flavorless watered down ranch, and cucumbers that tasted fishy. Lobster bisque came out luke-warm and left us wondering why it is a staple they are so proud of. Tasted mostly like imitation crab and cream with little to no flavor otherwise. Even a heavy dose of salt and pepper still left us craving a dish with some flavor. It's so great to order a $27 chicken tortilla soup only for it to HAVE NOTHING IN IT! No chicken or corn there was only onions and broth. I took a video of me straining the soup and it was empty. The tall waiter was also rude. Service Take out Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
