For our wedding, we got gluten free vegan cupcakes from Jacquie the Nature Baker. They were delicious! We also got some vegan gluten free donuts and some vegan gluten free bread to help feed the guests that were staying at our house. With some vegans and some gluten-free folks attending, it was a huge relief to find a dessert that just works for everyone and not have to worry about special signage or allergies. We placed an order for the cupcakes in advance, and Jacquie was very accommodating over the phone asking if we wanted any kind of special decorations on the cupcakes to go with our wedding theme. Then when we went to pick up the cupcakes, we saw the donuts and bread and they looked so good we picked up those too. The cupcakes were also very well packaged which made them easy to transport, store, and serve. All around, so delicious!!! I wish I lived in Melbourne so I could come back here more often!!! Thank you for making our wedding day special.

With 2 Coeliac’s in the house, Gluten Free Breads and Treats are imperative to include all the family.
Having struggled for years to find high quality products that don’t taste like polystyrene/cardboard, we were fortunate enough to find “Jacquie The Nature Baker” in Melbourne FL.
To say the selection of breads, treats, cakes and delicacies was overwhelming, would be an understatement.
Jacquie exudes her passion and the shop is undoubtedly the best we have ever seen or visited anywhere in the USA or on our global travels.
Cannot recommend Jacquie The Nature Baker enough.

I stopped by today, not realizing their hours, and found this quaint little bakery to be closed. To my surprise, they came to the door to explain that they had already closed, but offered me a sample or two. Two of the most lovely ladies I’ve met in a long time!
The raspberry muffin was to die for, I will definitely be back!!

Thank you for baking such yummy vegan treats! I tried the Peanut Butter and Vanilla sandwich cookies and the blueberry pie! Hands down the best cookies and pie ive had in ages. I've been vegan about 15 years and always search for treats without chemicals in them. thank you so much for taking the time to perfect vegan baked goods with natural ingredients. I ordered a pumpkin pie and garlic and herb bread for thanksgiving ! Can't wait to try them! Vegan or not, everyone should try this bakery! I hope you keep expanding your line so we can keep trying new and amazing goodies❤️❤️
And the customer service was awesome too. The associates were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Warm greeting as soon as I walk in! It is rare to get that these days! Thank you!

This is best food in Florida and possibly New York. Literally the freshest baked goods I’ve had in years. Everything is amazing. The danishes are a must try. The quality of the bread reminds of Italy.

A wonderful addition to locally available gluten free, allergy safe baked goods that are fresh every week! I'm excited to try more items, such as the cakes. I ordered a gluten free, yeast free, vegan bread loaf and was pleasantly surprised. The extra fiber in the flour blend really helps the loaf have excellent mouth feel, and the flavor was mild but not overbearing. Very exciting! Good luck in business. 🥰💕

Today my Wife and I dropped our Daughter off at Ballet and we stumbled on Gold! A Chef obsessed with the Ultimate Quality in Baked 100 percent healthy Gluten Free 100 percent Baked Perfection!
If I could give this bread a 1000 stars I would!
Please visit! You won’t be disappointed!
Her Bread is soft on the inside it’s solid and silky smooth at the center! The crust is slightly crisp and chewy. We also bought the gluten free Chochlate Chip cookies and we will return for those Brownies.

This bakery is the best place that I have found to get gluten free and dairy free options. My favorite is the gluten-free garlic and herb bread. I get it every week they always have a new treat they are creating, and the people are so friendly and nice. If you are looking for some gluten-free dairy, free options for some delicious food this is the place you should go.

I love all of their gluten free options. I have tried just about all of them. The foccacia, cookies, pies and occasionally cake have all been super tasty. The Oh My Ohs are appropriately named. They are AWESOME! I visit the bakery every time I am in town. Love it!

Great bakery. Amazing vegan and gluten free offerings. Peanut butter cookies are the best! Love coming in on Saturdays. Fun cashier and cool old cash register. Bring cash to see them in action.
