This isn't exactly a restaurant, it's a permanent food truck location with plenty of covered seating. It's a little hard to find the first time, and the parking lot is gravel/dirt so keep that in mind especially on rainy days. The food is AWESOME, literally everything I've tried is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and efficient, the service is great, and even when they're really busy you don't have to wait very long. They've never made a mistake even with my large orders. Great tasting food. Huge servings. The best horchata around!! Average cost is about $10 to $12 per person with a drink. You can definitely get 2 tacos with a drink under $10 but most items are closer to $10 and we'll worth it when you see the portions size. I posted a few pictures from the two times I've eaten there. Highly recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Place has great reviews so you would think that food is good, but it isn’t, @ least not what i got. The gorditas weren’t great, had a weird taste. Food is cheap but not worth it in my opinion. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
I tried Jacky’s for the first time last weekend and it did NOT disappoint! I ordered the huaraches with cabeza- the flavors, textures, and even appearance of this dish was all drool-worthy. The cabeza was succulent & savory and combined so nicely with the crispy masa edges of the huaraches. I really enjoyed the red salsa on top. I ordered an al pastor taco too which flavorful but not the best I’ve had in Phoenix. Service was fast and there were open tables to eat at. Would highly recommend when in the area!
I've only ever ate the food via delivery service but LET ME TELL YOU. I've been in arizona for over 4 years and have not found my spot. I had a favorite Mexican food place when I lived out of state and nothing, NOTHING , has come close. Until now. I can not tell you enough how good this place is. Everything is wonderful. A little pricey but I know delivery apps inflate the price. But even with that being said, the food is still very worth it Food: 5 Recommended dishes Asada
I recently dined at Jackie's Mexican food on West McDowell, and overall, I had a great experience. The standout items for me were the carne asada nachos and the burritos. Firstly, let's talk about the carne asada nachos. The portion size was generous, and they were incredibly filling. However, I must admit that I wasn't a big fan of the nacho chips themselves. They seemed less than freshly made, which took away from the overall enjoyment. Nevertheless, the toppings, particularly the tender carne asada, were flavorful and satisfying. Moving on to the burritos, they were simply delicious. I appreciated the fact that the prices were fair, and to my surprise, the burrito came with guacamole at no additional cost. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The burritos were definitely a highlight of the meal. One piece of advice I would offer is to call in your order ahead of time, especially if you plan to visit on a busy night like Friday. We had to wait for about 30 minutes, which was a bit longer than we anticipated. However, considering the quality of the food, I would say it was worth the wait. In conclusion, I highly recommend Jackie's Mexican food for its delicious burritos and filling carne asada nachos. While the nacho chips could be improved, the flavors and portion sizes were impressive. The fair prices and complimentary guacamole with the burrito are additional reasons to give this place a try. Just remember to plan ahead and call in your order to avoid a lengthy wait. Service Take out Price per person $10–20

My first visit. Easy to get to. Lots of parking. Friendly and prompt service. I had the carne burrito and Al pastor tacos. The meat was minced very small which probably lead to it being dry and likely overcooked. I’ll give them another try if I’m in the area. My family and I like the food here. You can't go wrong with anything, but our favorites are pozole, chilaquiles with meat with a botella de Coca cola. We've never had an issue with our order or employees. On nice weather we stay and eat, other times we take it to go. Either way, it's really good:) Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Hard to say living in Az and have an appreciation for San Diego Mex as well but this might be the best burrito I’ve ever had , even better than at a home. Scenery is not fancy. Food and service is Epic!
