What happened? Service and quality had been so great the last couple of months, now your out of tenders, seriously the one product your known for. Ordered a family meal online to find out you don't have the food, of course I ordered 3rd party so I didn't get a full refund. We love Jack's but if this store is going to start going back downhill again we'll go back to Chickamauga. 10/27/23 another good breakfast (today the bacon was just a little undercooked ). But all in all everything was good. Breakfast today (08/31/22) Very clean, good food served fast, friendly staff. I've been going to this location for the past few years and they have always had great service. Today around 8pm I was having a bad day and went to two other fast food places (but the wait time was too long) before ending up here. The lady that took my order was very nice and actually sounded happy to be at work. She had great customer service. They got my order out very quickly. When I got home, All of my order was correct! I had a few changes to my order and don't expect places to always get them right. The ice coffee was the best I've had at fast food. Also, who ever made my burger took the time to put my bacon in a square instead of a pile. Normally when getting fast food, I have to open it up and unstick all the pickles, rearrange the bacon, and spread the sauce. This way I get some in every bite. Whoever made my burger spread the sauce and evenly spread the bacon. After the day I have had I honestly can't tell this team how much I appreciated it.
