Do not go away without eating perfectly cooked fried chicken. Most guests recommend trying good biscuits. This restaurant offers good milkshakes among its drinks. The patient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. According to the visitors, the main disadvantage of Jack's is the disappointing service. Democratic prices are what you will pay for your meal. A number of guests find that the atmosphere is spectacular here. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

We usually order durring breakfast hours and have little to no issues, however, we recently dealt with an attitude that has caused this review, from night shift. If you order cookies through the mobile app, you might want to call the store before leaving, to ensure they have cookies or are willing to put some in to be almost done by the time you get there. Was told that they didn't have any, and didn't have anything to sub it with, that it would be a 15-30 minute wait, even though the order was placed several minutes before hand, and, there was no one in drive-thru or the lobby when we got there. I asked for a refund, she said I would have to "go through corporate," I asked her to walk me through on the app, considering there is no way for me to indicate that I only received part of my order, and she continued to state that it isn't on her, that I ordered through the app and have to go through it and corporate for a refund. Hardees is great! Heard we are getting a Bojangles or two as well! Hopefully no one else will have this attitude problem and hopefully this Jacks will gain employees who understand that getting the product in as soon as you see the order, like your supposed to, instead of trying to talk the customer out of wanting the paid for product, is customer service. Also, we noticed that she may have been trying to talk us out of it because at 7:50PM, she had the store broken down for pre-close which possibly meant the oven was originally turned off and we had to wait for pre-heat and bake. It took 12 minutes to get some chicken sandwiches that I was told 3 minutes!!! Very non apologetic. Never offered anything for the long wait. Theses employees will realize that customers keep their checks coming, if the owner does not get this together, people will find the other places to take their Hard earned money! I ordered my son the "Special" breakfast platter. Which came with what looked like a 1/2 teaspoon of eggs, 2 skinny pieces of overcooked bacon. Both tasted like they were cooked in 5 day old grease. It was so bad, he couldn't stomach the biscuit & gravy after attempting to eat the eggs & bacon. Also, they're bad lazy when it comes to making milkshakes. Man at the attitude I've gotten from the cashiers for ordering a milkshake. If they can get away with an excuse to not have to make one they will. Food: 1 Service: 1

I wouldn't dare go to eat here during night shift. Night management is the worst, the night shift crew lie to your face, they don't cook most their foods fresh, they will lock the door a hr and a half before closing. This isn't my first bad encounter with that place during nightshift. I tried to eat in at 10pm and they close at 11pm they did not let us in to order food and when we drove to the drive-thru they said that they were close. I look the manager in the eyes twice and asked were they close she turned her head and ignored me like I was not even looking at her and she continued to talk to her co-workers. If I could I would absolutely give this restaurant 0 stars. Very unimpressed with the amount of mess that was on the soda counters. Lids not fully stocked. Employees are not organized and look as if they are new to this type of business. Food presentation and correctness of order would be give a 0. Staff friendliness 0. Store front end presentation, 0. The taste of the fries absolutely over salted and have a strange taste of corn oil. Burger was supposed to come with bacon and I asked for certain condiments to be on my burgers, only to get home and see the order is absolutely worng and the food look very unappetizing. Nearly 16 dollars for my order. Can definitely say this will most likely my last time to eat at this place. I am a former PM GM for one of our local restaurants. If this had been my store, I would have died if I walked in and seen this. Very disappointed.
