Haven’t eaten Jack in the box in awhile now, it’s locations range and there isn’t one in Mercedes where I am from. I got out of work late night and needed to go to the bank in Weslaco so on the way back I got off the expressway and decided to stop for late night food. Their drive thru is open 24 hours, the service was nice and the lady told me to park in spot #1. The food was fresh the fries 🍟 were delicious and I also got a cheesecake so I was super satisfied with the experience.

Egg Rolls
Went there as a last minute late lunch before I pick up the kids. Ordered the “yaki” bowl meal and OMG…. It was fresh and hot! Some people might say, “ouch it burned me,” but I like that my food is at a temperature that has killed all microbes and tastes good at this temp. I even dare say that their egg rolls are better tasting than some Chinese restaurants that have been doing it a while… I sat in line for an hour waiting for my kids but slowly enjoyed my meal.

Jack in the box is totally different. I haven't been there for a long time. Im happy i went by to get a meal. It wasn't disappointing at all. I got a cheese burger. It was really good with curly fries an a large drink.

They took 20min to make 1 burger combo 4 dollar tacos and a kids combo. And on top of it I got the wrong burger combo. This is supposed to be a fast food chain how is it possible to be this slow and still get the orders wrong!

Always fail to put the cheesecake in my doordash order. This last one forgot my sausage croissant order and the eggs in the jumbo breakfast platter. You know who never messes up my order? McDonald’s. Never ordering from y’all again.
Great customer service clean and organized place one of the nicest Jack in the box I've been in highly recommend if your from ELSA don't go there it's disgusting need remodeling.

Horrible service! Had to repeat order about 3 times top it off got the wrong order 😡 we ordered #5 with everything minus the onions and this is what we got. Oh and to too it off food was all cold. I try calling and sends straight to voice recorder

Untrained staff that never have any idea what they're doing Everytime we come by drive thru. Always told to wait in curbside even for small orders. And then they forget about us.

Three person crew and the dining room was totally disarrayed. Had to ask attendant to please clean our table. Will probably be going back to see if it's shaped up.
