Went to the drive-through to night. The guy over the speaker says Jack in the box like he's pissed off. There was a honk off in the distance. He says, "Honk? That's not a good idea." My husband replies, "That wasn't me." The worker says, "Okay, what do you want?" We looked at each other, and my husband said, "Never mind, we are going some place else." We've never been treated so poorly at this Jack in the box. Tonight was a first. The dude obviously doesn't like working there and needs to find another place to work. I'll be calling to complain. I don’t often leave reviews of fast food places, especially chains because I usually get the service and quality that I expect of a fast food restaurant. That being said, I ordered online for a quick lunch at this location and was so impressed with the woman who handed me my food. When she handed me my food, she said “ I am so glad I got to meet you today, have a great day.” That experience has stuck with me for days now. BUILT 4X4 MUD

My girlfriend wanted to try this place because she has never eaten there before.. Needless to say we won't be going back. We went through the drive through and ordered two medium MEALS along with an order of onion rings and mini tacos. The guy at the window took my debit card and told me my card declined.. My girlfriend had to use her card. And when he gave it back he never gave us a receipt. We waited about five minutes at the window and he handed us one small bag with only our two burgers in it. We had to sit and wait at the window forever for him to come back to let him know that he forgot our two medium doctor peppers, Our currly fries, And our onion rings and mini tacos... He had to come back to the window THREE separate times to ask what our drinks were because he kept forgetting.. Once we Finally got our drinks back AND the entire bag of food he somehow forgot to give us we checked the second bag and he forgot our second order of curly fries AGAIN.. after finally getting everything we ordered We left Jack in the box and went across the street to the store and my debit card was working just fine. That was the worst drive through encounter we have ever had. The food was very bland and didn't even have ketchup on our burgers.. My girlfriend asked for no tomatoes but to no surprise there was tomatoes on it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Been going to this one for years. Seems like every time. I have to explain how I want my egg. Sandwich made and how they can charge me appropriately. With little bit of help they seem to get it figured out Most of the time. It must be a crime to have a breakfast sandwich without some sort of bacon or sausage or ham.. guilty! The spicy chicken sandwich was actually quite good, better than I was expecting. Better than other fast food burger places. I'd skip the tacos if I were you, they were really unappetizing. Once you peel the paper sleeve off the soggy taco shell, you'll find exactly what you'd expect from a Jack in the Box: questionable "meat", wilty lettuce, and a half-melted Kraft single.
