I have always loved this location but I will no longer be giving them my business. After using the drive-thru and then driving all the way home, I realized I was given the wrong sandwich. I called and spoke with them about it and they said I had to bring it back up there. I could not do that at that time because my family was already eating. I've never had an establishment ask for their food back, even if it needed to be days later, to prove that I got the wrong sandwich. I will go to a different Jack in the Box location from now on. This place knows they are so bad that they will not even give you a receipt to take the survey. People (even the manager) are rude and the will not give you more than one ranch plus they get my order right maybe 60% of the time. Go to the one on Spring Cypress, So much better. Went through the drive thru and after I paid the girl only asked “do you have more ones” and she never explained her reasoning so I went back and forth stating I gave her money to cover the bill. She then shook her head, said never mind, handed me my change, and stormed off. I couldn’t understand what her problem was till she came back saying she didn’t have enough ones in her register. That wouldn’t have been a problem if she would have worded it differently instead of making it out like I didn’t give her enough for my bill! Then my husband went in there to speak with a manager due to the way she treated me and she proceeded to argue with my husband! Not to mention, she didn’t know my husband could hear her talking crap about me calling me stupid to her coworkers! I have never been treated so poorly! All she had to say was “I don’t have enough ones, do you have any to exchange” and it could have been done and over with. Needless to say, Maria has the worst customer service and put a sour taste in our mouths about ever going there again. Service: 1
This is the absolute worst Jack in the Box ever. They cannot fill a simple order for a teriyaki bowl. Received the bowl no teriyaki sauce and the rice was under cooked! Terrible Jack in the Box don't waste you time or money at this Jack in the Box! Food: 1 Service: 1
I called at around 2:05AM on 11/16/23 to confirm that they were taking orders before I placed an order through the app. I called twice before they answered and they let me know they're systems were down and it wouldn't be up and running for about 20 minutes. I hung up and didn't call back until around 3:40AM to confirm again that they were taking orders before I placed my order through the app. This time they didn't bother answering. The few times they did was to just hang up on me. One of the times I over heard one of the employees saying who keeps calling and the other responding "un wey (güey)". The only times I've had problems with this Jack in the Box is when these ladies are working. Every other time has been great. Everytime these employees are working the system is always down. Last time I ordered through the app and wasn't able to get my food because the system was down when these same employees were there. The worst part was that they didn't let anyone know that they weren't taking orders. I only figured it out after waiting over 20 minutes and going up to the window to see the employee just sitting on her phone. I tried calling and honking until she finally saw me and quickly told me they weren't taking orders. I asked her about my order and she told me to come back in the morning when the manager was there. When I did come back they told me they couldn't refund me so I had to call my bank to get a refund. I also reached out to customer service through the app and they never responded. All in all, your other employees are great and do a great job at night time, but tonight's employees were horrible. Service: 1

Nice little Jack in the Box. Pretty clean restroom, too. I haven't had a Jumbo Jack in a long time, but I could have sworn they used to be about twice as big for half the price. Crazy the times we used to live in. Anyway, pretty standard fast food joint. Definitely get the seasoned curly fries if you go here. They're good and crunchy.

“Breakfast all day…” after a long day at work I needed something quick… ordered a breakfast jack… and after a couple of bites I realized there was no egg… I know there’s an egg shortage… they could have replaced my egg with an extra sausage instead onion and mayonnaise… now my evening is as sad as this sandwich they made that I paid for… this will be the first and last time I will eat at this Jacked up place… Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Over charged me purposely. I ordered a #24 which is 6.89 on the menu. She charged me 7.79 . I wanted regular water instead of coffee which is free. She charged it as a sparkling water. I circled back and proved it to her and she ignored me. Night manager, white girl. Meal type Breakfast
Worst jack in the box in the area. Everytime you go here the night shift crew never wants to take your order and make up an excuse saying their system is down. How can the franchise not hold their employees accountable?
Drove on my lunch break and waited close to 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line just to be told there were no tacos available. So I decided to go back to work and order from Doordash not but 3 mins later. Thinking that Tacos were not available at this location, I was hoping to get lucky and get it from another. When the GPS for my oder was ready, it showed that it was from this location. I wanted to verify with my Dasher that it did come from this location that told me they didn't have any tacos, he let me know that it did come from this location. So I waited for most of my lunch break to be lied to. Ive called a few times to try to explain what happened but never got an answer for my call. Unfortunately this location seems to continue to have issues when I come to it. Ive been in the area for 20 yrs and I felt that this time I would leave my review.
