Hi fives to the late night crew early Wednesday 11/29! At 2:30 AM it is great to receive exceptional service provided by the person at the window who delivered fast, hot, and accurate food orders with courtesy and a great spirit. This person was able to work through a line of cars by solo with ease. The cook clearly assisted with delivering hot fresh food. If you want great food, great service at 2 AM Jack is in this box!!

I come here damn near every morning I just paid 4 damn dollars for a grilled wrap and it’s not even worth my money I never had a issue coming here and I tried to call and to my surprise no one answers the phone I’m so lost for words 😡😡😡😡😡
The drive thru guy was rude on top of that he tried giving me the wrong drink and second when he got it right he didn’t fill the cup

Was given a cup of cold coffee that tastes like it was brewed yesterday. I got cream and sugar but didn't bother to give me anything to stir it up with.. horrible. Still waiting for my food. Only one in drive and it's been 12 minutes.

Right off the highway for a quick bit to eat. I really wanted Braums but wanted Jack’s Curly fries!! The burgers were on point… but the curly fries were a disappointment 😢. First part, I got seasoned fries only about 3 were actually curly. Second, you could taste the old grease which left a bad after taste. Just ate about a 1/3 of a large and throw the rest away. Hopefully they work on that!

Been to this location several times and don’t usually have an issue with the service. However, this morning (0130) def didn’t have good service and the food was not good. The lettuce looks so old, brown, and crunchy….the cheese for a minute, thought was wrapped in a paper towel. Additionally, we ordered 8 tacos and got 4.
I think this is the last time I’ll stop at this location.

I'm allergic to tomato's as well as ketchup. I always order my food without either. With that said, this location does NOT make food fresh as you can clearly see in the picture that they wiped the ketchup off, and drenched the burger with mayo to cover it up. I had to use my last EpiPen as my throat started to close. Thanks Jack for making this trip a costly one! The drive thru employee had a really bad attitude, which should have been a warning to me. But, I figured since they are supposed to make your food to order, they'd follow simple instructions. This was NOT the case. I give this location a solid F, and if you have any food allergies, stay away! They do not care for the people who pay their salary. Employees should be ashamed of themselves! Basically all restraunts on this stretch have horrible service but none have ever come close to killing me like this place. Consulting an attorney first thing in the morning for their flagrant disregard for food allergies!

Rotten.. we keep giving jack in the box a try cause it’s what we ate for years but every jack in the box has gone down hill in Fort Worth worst service in some stores but food quality just terrible in all stores. Tonight was the last time food tasted like it’s been sitting for hours and just thrown in the microwave.
I'd give it negative or no stars if I could. I love Jack In The Box, we eat there at least 2x a month back in AZ. So I figured stick with what you know. First of all the drive through menu appeared to have been burned or something (see photo).
2nd of all we asked for Tiny taco sauce but was told "I don't think we have that anymore" without even looking. Yet the menu board inside indicates that they still sell Tiny Tacos.
Let's discuss my husband's breakfast burrito. How anyone with ANY pride in their work could wrap and serve a breakfast burrito that is open on both ends and torn in the middle in such a way that the contents spill out (please see photo) is beyond me. I've worked fast food. Take the extra few seconds so there's no risk of needing to remake it. No, I didn't ask them to remake it. I just wanted to leave.
