In addition to the food quality, the cleanliness of this Jack in the Box is noteworthy. The dining area, restrooms, and kitchen are always impeccably clean. “THE MANAGER CALLED THE POLICE ON MY DAUGHTER!” I am highly upset! I sent my daughter to your Jack and she ordered $30 worth of food & drinks. There's this “minor” taking the order. She gets to the window and the size of the drink is wrong. She tells your employee that it was not the right size. He debates with her that is not what you order. She says that it was. She says it's not a problem and why are you making a big deal about it, I'll just pay the difference for a large. The manager, this fool tells my daughter to stop yelling he's just a minor! She says what? I'm not yelling at him and you should be telling him not to keep going back and forth making an argument over this when you didn't hear how he's talking to me, a customer. The “manager” starts in on her instead of handling the situation in a professional and appropriate manner. He tells her to leave. My daughter says ok, give me my money back, it's not a problem! He then refuses and says I'm calling the police!!! The police!!! The police!! I have them in my family & they HATE STUPID UNNECESSARY CALLS LIKE THIS! I'm afraid for my daughter's life because I don't know what this lying man said to them in order for the cops to be called & dispatched!! I told my daughter when she called me to stay put because he had to lie to them for the police to come and if you left they might come looking for you!! But I believe he called the owners & they called the police!! SMDH! I told her to call 911! & explain what's going on!! She told him that she was waiting for the police and that she called them too. I own a home in the area, retired from the county & ran my own business, and have one now. So I know what it takes to serve customers and deal with employees and this location has failed! The bad ones get glorified positions, and they're all of Mexican descent. 🤔 They're rude, they laugh like it's a joke, they snap at you, and are very hostile. The Mexican woman cooking food is always friendly and professional! This manager tonight I believe is the same one who called the police on me for complaints about cheese on my tacos!! Scolded me for him having to make them again!!! This culture of laziness and privilege is unbelievable!! Why have you as owners kept allowing these incidents to happen!! In Neighborhood there are complaints! On Yelp. On Google!! Everywhere and your reply is the same response as if you don't know what's happening! All the complaints are never addressed which results in an action of change! Much as my kids like Jack the service here is subpar and the food sometimes matches it, cause they do not care! (depending on who is on duty) The employees make the others who are good look and feel bad!! Tension is transferrable!! As an owner, this is all your fault, if this location is privately owned it not you have made most of the ppl who live in these homes and surrounding areas, frustrated and you have done us a disservice! Spend our hard-earned $! We want to eat out fast & go home! & NOT be treated like an annoyance!! This man should not be a manager. He seems racist ( how many whites have he called the police on for just simply complaining). He's an ignorant, entitled, idiotic fool who calls the police on your customers who aren't committing any criminal acts!! The police had to go in there to get my $$ and the other one told my daughter that it's the environment we live in as to why these employees act like this. They have better things to do! He was kind an apologetic for this happening to her. I had to walk to Jack! So when I got to Jack, I passed the officer’s car and I told your employee off!! And said are you trying to get my daughter killed?!! I see them smiling, giggling about my daughter who was still being helped by that nice officer! What an imbecile!!! Tomorrow I will be calling the Corporate office And looking into filing a complaint with the police dept. & a report to the BBB. Because this could have cost my daughter's life! NO ethics if you constantly call the police on black ppl! And shame on you for letting him! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Love the food... All the times the workers are complacent. Managers don't set the example for being friendly.. Often times does the workers that shine... Tables are usually dirty. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
