I got the new milk tea boba and it was surprisingly really good, another time I went, I got the iced coffee boba and I didn't really like that kind. My family and I just came back from ordering through the drive through. The lady taking orders and taking money at the window was rude and rushing us through our order the entire time. We could NOT get a word in. When we got to the window, she took our card, and pushed the bag into our hands. Then proceeded to bang the card repeatedly on the window sill? Why? Then when we went to ask for sweet and sour, she muttered an "Oh my god" under her breath. I understand the feeling of being under pressure during busy ours but don't take it out on the customers. The food was pretty great, but the customer service was horrible. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a drive through. To be honest, it was bad enough that I would save any future visits to Jack in the Box for earlier in the day, simply to avoid any and all of this shift. My rating is based on the Box of small spicy tacos I ordered. The girls at the window and on the speaker were as sweet as could be, and the caramel ice coffee I got was very good. However, the Box of tiny spicy tacos I received were pretty much a box of tiny tacos that somebody must have said, oh shoot they're supposed to be spicy, so let's just throw a bunch of lettuce and hot sauce on top of them close the Box and the customer will never know until they get home. I've attached photos. I'm highly disappointed. I really enjoy the tiny spicy tacos and get them at Jack In The Box in Royse City, each time I pass through. The lady at the window was awful!!! Rude and Rushfull!!!! Inaccurate on top of that!!! She was an older black lady with an accent. Gave me the wrong food and proceeded to me make me give her my bag back through the window to replace the item. So she took all my stuff from the bag and handled all over it and took a hash brown from my bag. The Greenville Jack in the Box is trash. They close whenever. They usually get my order wrong. Their employees have an attitude half the time. I love the munchie meals which is why I even go but its a roll of the dice if going is worth it. Definitely the worst fast food joint in Greenville

Horrible customer service, nobody wants to come to the register and help. No matter how busy or slow they are the food takes forever. The last 2 times I went the tacos were made very sloppy. I ordered a kids mini pancakes and was sure to specify the kids meal because last time they just gave me the pancakes. As well as a sourdough breakfast sandwich. They gave me just the pancakes and a burger at 8am?! Then the lady tried to argue saying that was what I ordered. Ended up at McDonald’s after spending $17 and not eating the food. Customer service is what truly makes a business run. Having positive people that shine light. I went to Jack-in-the-Box on August 19 at 9:20 pm I wish I would’ve caught the girls name that was running the drive-through. She was so wonderful and had a giant smile on her face. Her whole mood screamed positivity. working in the food industry is already hard to begin with and working at a drive-through line especially at night is not for the week of heart.
