So disappointed in this jack in the box. I went tonight 2-10-2023 at around 10:35 pm ordered mini churros, one egg roll a seven piece jalapeño and two tacos. I was very specific about my tacos, being fresh with extra lettuce and extra sauce. The girl taking my order was very rude. She kept cutting me off after everything that I said after me telling her that I wanted them fresh. She told me that she got to me as I was at the window. All the employees came up to see who who I was. I know this because I’ve worked at Jack-in-the-Box for six years so I know that the tacos were not fresh and I feel like they did it on purpose because they know that I wanted them fresh. I repeated it three times and I even let her know that I worked at Jack-in-the-Box before, this is not the first time that I’ve had bad food from them and then when you call the phone number they never answer the phone so very poorly customer service bad food. Went and asked for buffalo I got barbecue like girl you know what I said why did you have to ruin my night seriously listen to your custumers . And if you can’t hear well it not hard to just add other sauce it may have been I worked at Jack for years so really that killed my night I loved working there but .

The food was not edible so I had to return to the place on hatch only to wait over 40 to get back to the window. All they did was argue that somehow it wasn't their fault no apology just very rude and abusive verbally .they took the food and receipt and didn't refund the amount I paid I shorted .I don't recommend any body go their. I was so upset how this was handled by a manager to beat all.

You can't expect much from a fast food location. The food is good and employees were nice. It gets the job done. The menu screens in the outside need are broken and need be fix. it is hard to see the menu.
