We got food tonight! The lady seemed like she was pissed about us ordering food when there was 4 other cars in front of us. Our food was okay it just seemed rushed ! But they forgot our shake that we ordered so it was a bad night when we were craving it. They’re good during 3-5pm but after that it seems like they don’t want to be there and i worked in fast food so i know how it feels but doesn’t mean you should show it. Especially when you can tell the cook just slapped the sandwich together and the lady didnt want to be there & we didn’t get our shake! Food was OK but the lady taking orders was absolutely rude like we were bothering her by being there. I asked for a receipt as I wasn't givin one and she rolled her eyes at me and shut the drive thru window. Worst jack in the box I've ever been too and this is the 3rd time. The new "double cheddar" burger comes as a single if they want to I guess and the "loaded" tacos come with half the quoted 15 pieces and 3 stips of lettuce. Go to sonic to not waste you money. Very helpful and friendly employees and Manager. We always order the basic Tacos with extra lettuce and this location did not disappoint, soooo tasty! Every location is different, some not so clean, this Post Falls Jack is very clean and pleasant to be in.

Ordered dinner through the website. Showed up at 10:05pm, 10 minutes after placing the order, and the drive through (open til 12) was blocked and dining room locked. Employees ignored me despite looking straight at me while I waved and knocked at the door. Called twice as the order confirmation recommended, no answer. First time rang for several minutes. Second time someone took the phone off the hook. Don't go here if you want to eat, it seems. Now I have to waste my time and energy to get a refund. Went there and ordered food and the lady who took our order 1. Got our order wrong and 2. Forgot half our food. We tried to go in to explain but the doors were locked so we had to go back threw the drive threw. Both woman workers were insanely rude and began laughing like a pack of Hyenas when we tried to explain the situation. They gave us the rest of our food but then tried to charge us for more. This place used to be decent but now I see they hire high school mean girls that think them not doing their job correctly deserves to treat customers poorly. Probably won't ever come back. Went through the drive through and women asked if we could give her a moment before ordering. I said that's fine and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes to the point that I backed out of the drive through and went inside to order. They were not busy inside at all and I was the only one in the drive through. For a fast food establishment, it definitely was not fast. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Close this store down. Waste of space in post falls. Where’s my fries? I look in the bag and it’s barely filled.
