I waited 20 minutes to be helped at the front counter. There was a line in the drive thru but there was only one girl working. There was another girl in the back but she seemed to be too entertained on her phone. When I finally got her attention, she gave me an attitude and was rushing me while taking my order, will never return here! The manager is rude . I ordered a buttery jack and it looked absolutely disgusting. ( Couldn't even tell that there was bacon on it) The professionalism was lacking especially when the manager used her gloves to dig in my burger and tried to give it back to me .I tried to trade it for a three piece egg roll and the manger refused and gave me two .She didn't even change her gloves when she brought her order to me outside. Bought the new stacked bacon combo. Not much bacon, cold, and not on correct bun. Not even the cheeses were melted. So disgusted. Plus we waited for almost 5 mins.
