Poor management. I went to pick up an online order. Employee at the window said he didn’t have any. I insisted there was one and a manager came and said he didn’t have any. I asked if he could check one more time and recited the order contents. Then the employee said “oh yeah that was awhile ago, we never made it.” Manager looked up at the screen and said, “oh yeah we made it.” Well no… unless my stomach didn’t relay that information to me.. I tried to explain I never picked it up and he just kicked me out of the drive thru. Manager could have handled that better and jack in the box should do better in vetting employees that are given more responsibility. I’ll drive a few extra miles to another Jack and you should to. Food tasted OK but it was cold and the fries were already stale and they did not give my wife her two tacos and they got the drinks incorrect and my burger wrong but I guess I really can’t complain too much. It is 2:20 in the morning I’m just kind of disappointed guys. Try better next time. I know this is one of my favorite restaurants( fast food) It has a lot of potential. This store sucks!! went to order line was long man said it was an issue with my card. Got home seen they charged me for 2 meals mine plus someone else. Meal was 27. And change but was charged almost 60 bucks!! Called up there the MANAGER hung up in my face several times no soon as he heard my voice or I once I started explaining the issue. Overall the burger was ok. I ordered the new ribeye bacon ranch burger and it didn't have any bacon. The burger was also a real mess when unwrapped. All the onions were outside the bun, lettuce half slid off, and I had to reassemble the whole thing before I could pick it up. Flavor-wise, the beef patty was good and noticeably different than the usual. I also liked that the cheese was real cheddar, even though it was a paper thin slice. I could only recommend this if using a good coupon. I had a $3 off coupon and even with that, it seemed too high for what I got. The curly fries were a bit below average, warm but not crispy. I ordered off the app as I always do- for a different location that’s closer to my campus. I am at home with my sick daughter and so I sent my husband and son to grab our order only for the person work to tell my husband it had to be me. Which I send the confirmation I have from the app and they still try to tell my husband no it had to be me. Which is false on my email it says nothing about this. Even states you don’t need the confirmation number. My husband had me on speaker and once I said out loud that there is no rule on the app or website they gave our food to him. Oh man, I'm so happy to have a GOOD Jack-in-the-box near us! When we moved here 3yrs ago, we went to the one on 45 (which is less than a mile from us) and it was horrific. The employees were all stoned and we could smell them smoking inside. I don't judge but I also want my food (right). Then they asked fot exact change because they couldn't take a card and couldn't make change. It has been 3yrs since I've had Jack-in-the-Box and it made me sad. Well tonight we decided to try the one that's just a town over. The food is fresh and delicious, the service was extremely friendly, and we absolutely will be going back there again. Why am i at the hotel across the street literally staring at the 2 bum workers as they rolled there wacky grass and started to smoke it, with me calling the store 3-5 times to ask if i could come inside or had to go through drive through at 11pm? that’s awful service Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is always decent for a fast drive thru. My orders always come out correct. It's never too busy and the food is always hot. I dont know what the inside is like but the drive thru game is solid here. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I never do reviews but this needs to be shared. Don’t go here. I ordered my food ahead of time online and went through drive thru to get it. Sat in line for 30 minutes maybe longer. As I got closer in line I noticed something under the menu in the grass. I seen SO many roaches I’ve never seen that many in my life. I’d say 60ish. Then I got to the window and the lady had sort of an attitude. I lost my appetite from the roaches so I asked if I could cancel my order but she said “That’s an app issue” or something.
