It is 2am, we just got off a long day at work and Kerri took our order. So friendly, and sweet, and had such a positive vibe. Great customer service, especially at this hour. She even had a quick friendly conversation. We left with a smile on our faces and were happy we chose this Jack-n-the-box. Today I had some of the best food I've had from Jack n the box. The burger was great and the tacos superb, whomever is putting the salsa on them keep it up. Best tacos ever. I have been sitting in line for over 20 mins with only 2 cars in front of me. Not one large order has come out of that window. Several bad reviews on here and y’all respond so attentive yet nothing changes. Staff just standing around like no big deal and no courtesy or condiments with my food as asked for. Giving this Jack in the Box location, a star is generous. Worst customer service! People are standing around doing nothing.. Staff does not acknowledge customers at all... Food quality was disappointing. Staff offers receipt just to ignore your request. After requesting a receipt and staff acting like such an inconvenience to give you a receipt just to give you the wrong receipt. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
