The burger was kind of dry should have more mayonnaise on it. I got the Sourdough Jack. I also bought a taco. Wish I had bought more tacos and not the burger! Because their tacos are still as good as they were 50 years ago! Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 4

It's ridiculous that you would not give me a small cup for water This was on 3/9 at 7:30 I can almost promise you this is not management policy, so the employee in the manager on duty need to get it together. You're not required to give me anything but I was just asking for a small cup. Cheapskates. I deliver on Uber more than 80 deliveries each week from that particular restaurant. So going forward, I'm not going to run any of them I'm going to let it sit there and get cold. You will then not be paid by Uber or Doordash. I was not asking for a soda or a shake or any food I simply wanted a small cup so I can get some water.. Now I'm going to cost you as much money as humanly possible. Nice job You knew I was there for Uber. You knew I wasn't just some random person Garbage all the way This was a totally humiliating experience and doesn't reflect the other Jack in the boxes. Bought a salad and they left off the chicken and on the same order another family member ordered three piece strips and only received two. This is not the first time I received incorrect items or quantities at this location. Unless the staff up their game, I will be switching to a different location. This is the worst food I have ever tried from a fast food place. I am so shocked. Terrible, low quality. The flavor is awful, tastes old and definitely overloaded with sauces. I cannot get myself up to trying a different item on the menu. Yikes! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

First off I went thru drive thru and placed my order. Drove up to the pick up window and was greeted with a huge smile from Mr Damarion. This young man needs to be emulated by others for the following reasons. Damarion was so happy, respectful and just full of Life. He made sure my order was as requested We spoke about the Houston Texans game and shared the highlights with one another. It was a True joy and pleasure meeting Damarion. This extra mile he went is what makes or breaks businesses. Damarion needs to be recognized and even made a Lead who will mentor, coach and train others. I rarely stop here but was in a hurry and wanted something quick. I am so thankful I did stop because I made a new Friend. Thank you again Damarion for your Dignity Respect and Professionalism you provided me and my Lady. Hope to see you again sir. They never accept any orders except door dash or uber eats. Which is ridiculous because they're supposed to be open. And when I do order or can It actually get them to take my order... Manager on the phone was aware we needed help. Let her know asked her employer to help us. They were staying around talking. No one came up to the counter. They're all in there. Not doing anything and would not come up to the counter to wait on us. Very unprofessional management.
