Jack in the Box is, by its nature, a 3ed teir choice. However, occasionally, it hits. This location is particularly bad, and I've had at least 3 negative incidents here. On a good day they have a few decent menu items, but there are SO many other places where service and quality are more consistent. We’ve always had the best customer service here at this location and our food it always correct. Thank you for working on Thanksgiving too! Had to come back and edit: I’ve been through twice in the last couple of weeks and service has been AWFUL!!! This last time I only got half my food and dumb me didn’t check till I got home 30 min away. Tried calling and no one would answer, no matter how many times I called! Absolutely horrible!!! We. Will. Went in and was kicked out during normal business hours. Ordered 3 sausage breakfast Jack's and received ham. I then had to wait 20 minutes for what I originally ordered. Very unprofessional employees, especially the manager and the employee working the drive thru window. Will never go again. Highly unsatisfied. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pulled up in the drive through on Sept 2 at 10pm on our way back out of town. The guy came over the speaker and said "we are only doing Door Dash orders". We then watched them make people leave the dine in area and lock the doors. It's cool though. If you don't want my business you'll never get it again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location has messed up the last few times I've gone there. Last time they only gave us 2 out of the 3 egg rolls we ordered and this time they got mine and my husband's order wrong. It says this location is 24 hours but everytime we try to go through the drive thru at night there's either yellow cones blocking so you can't order or someone comes out and says they aren't taking orders or something is down and its all the time.Sucks because we work night shift and this place is closer to home than Whataburger but I guess they don't want business. This was by far one of the worst jack in the boxes I have ever been to. They didn't have any drinks except diet, they where out of almost all the food we wanted to order, it was 8am and most of the breakfast menu was non-existent. The smell inside the place smelled like dead rats. We ended up leaving and finding food at the renfair instead.
