If you can't handle a simple order, Ms. Daisy, you really shouldn't be in the customer service industry. Apparently the "manager" at the La Verne location needed a nap at 5:30am, because she seemed a bit snippy when trying to take a simple order. Every job has its stressful moments, I get that, but that's not an excuse to take it out on the customer. I mean if you can't slow down enough to LISTEN in order to COMPREHEND, then maybe it's time to consider finding another line of work or just retiring. It's really not that hard. It's situations like this that make it difficult for loyal customers to stay loyal. Do better Ms.Daisy....do better. Service: 1
