This Jack in the Box was AMAZING!! "FAST FOOD" that was actually FAST!! The wait in the drive through was very minimal and we had about 3-4 cars ahead of us! Food was served with a smile, nothing like professional service! If you are ever in the Flagstaff area, highly recommend trying them out! They are conveniently located right off interstate 40! Wish they had Jack in the Box everywhere!

Last night (10/23), I ordered the Breakfast Jack combo. The sandwich was nasty, like cardboard, starting with the egg (see pic). I came back this morning and the supervisor argued, making excuses. He finally offered to remake. I waited 10 mins for it. Within that 10 mins and prior to being initially assisted, 5 min-wait, the fries were just sitting there, and they weren't busy. Just as I was finally getting my sandwich, the first order of fries came in and they served from that batch. Where I'm from (CA), Jack doesn't "make it 'til you order it." Terrible customer service. When I walked out with the replaced sandwich, I gave it to a homeless person outside of the restaurant. UPDATE: As Jack's response below requested for me to reach out. I did via e-mail, and I have gotten no response. So, they remain a 1 star... even less than. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I hadn't been to Jack in the box in a few years but loved jumbo jacks, so I stopped in and grabbed one. I asked for a jumbo Jack no cheese please I'm allergic to dairy, got home there was cheese on it. 2 days later I went and got another one I stressed that I needed no cheese she said okay, I was in a hurry trying to get to work did not think about it because I was so adamant about it but when I got to work and opened it there was cheese on it :-( so then I went yesterday and explained to the very nice girl the trouble I've been having all week, and she said no worries I'll take care of it this time! I got the burger, I said so no cheese right ? And she said absolutely I made sure of it!! I sat right there and opened it in front of her and tada there was cheese :-( I love jumbo jacks but I don't understand the miscommunication, every time I've gone there, there has not been a line so I just don't understand. Still love the burger the people are great but can't seem to get an order right for anything: (... I threw away $18 in burgers: (UPDATE so it's been a little while now, and Jack in the box reached out to me through an email and said they wanted to resolve this. I jumped through many many many hoops to explain what happened and to go through what they wanted me to, and they never got back to me! So I then got an email asking how happy I was about the resolution. Crazy... And this is why I went down to one star!You would think a company this big could just fix this. First walked in and rap music was load with vulgar lyrics. then placed my order and took home. the eggrolls were bad except one the first one but as far as the other 2 you could tell that they were old and double fried real chewy. and curly fries were stale and old were cold Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Rude: girl impatiently repeated after every word I said “ is that it?”- rushed my order, got the order wrong and then want to tell us that we are wrong and ordered what they gave us, girl at drive threw had an attitude and made comments to her coworker , sighing rolling her eyes- very rude and disrespectful way to treat customers. My daughter had to go inside since they missed some items we ordered and when she walked out the worker yelled profane comments to her. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

I'm from the east so had to see what the hype was about....the service was somewhat slow....lady behind the counter was clearly annoyed at her job...but the cooks were nice and answered my questions. The cluck chicken sandwich was good....wasn't aware they had tacos and egg rolls on their menu so Def have to try that next time 3/5 stars just for the wait and because lady was somewhat rude... food was good but somewhat expensive for fast food Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Chicken Sandwich

Excellent food, atmosphere outside building creates a perfect example of the city of Flagstaff. Nice view of trains which nearly constantly run past.
