Went here a while back and had an experience that just stuck with me. Made my order online. Received my order through the window. I’m glad I checked my bag before I left because I was missing a fry. The window person told me I was not missing anything. I showed her my receipt, explained to her that I ordered an extra fry, and after her huffing and dirty looks, she gave me my fry. When we got home and took out our food, the large fry she gave me was less than half full. I love going to this location but this customer service and treatment I received was horrible. I’ve sent a complaint to corporate and have not heard anything back. I was sent a survey and requested to be contacted. After a while, they closed this complaint and nothing was done. I need to give this store some praise. I hadn't been here in awhile and I pulled in the drive-thru last night. I was greated by a very nice lady. She was extremely friendly, the guy at the window extremely friendly. He said hello, asking how I was and made sure my order was correct. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ALL. They canceled my order didn't provide a reason why. Plus they haven't refunded my money back for the purchase. Every time i call the restaurant it just rings and ring and nobody picks up. No wonder it has 3 stars. By the way i ordered thru uber eats if i should have known it was going to be this restaurant i would have ordered from another place. Horrible service. They get my order wrong. I asked for a receipt so I could check but she said she couldn’t give it to me. We waited at the drive thru window and mention the order was wrong. And i told her the correct order. Then while we still wait another employee comes back saying “what do you want”. I tell her and she get pissed. I get the restaurants are short staffed but if you mess up you should at least be nice about it. Service Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just went at 1:30 am 2/10/24 drive through i ordered a JUMBO JACK WITH EXTRA KETCHUP AND MAYO ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE BC IM ALLERGIC‼️‼️ I get to the window and reiterate that it's supposed to be NO CHEESE BC IM ALLERGIC‼️ The lady at the window reassured me it was no cheese. I get home and guess whats on my burger??????? Food is most of the time hot but recently it tasted as if the food has been left out and hardened and just rewarmed up. Chicken was tough as cardboard, and tacos were hard as well. Other jack in the boxes usually are better so I wouldn't generalize it for every place. Might just be that day. Fries were also kinda just room temp. Still ate it all though. Just like every other Jack in the Box in the area they make an excuse for not being open. “The system is updating” has been the recurring theme recently. No matter what time it is. 2a, 3a, or 4a their “System is updating.” The one in Balch Spring off Lake June are always on break or “we just cleaned the grill and can’t make anything.” Management is abhorrent at every location in the Balch Spring/Mesquite area. They have employees there but they ain’t working and I’ve seen MANY cars turned away at every location so Jack in the Box is losing a lot of money as a result of these lazy workers and management that lets them run the show Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They are rude and unprofessional store managers don’t know how to handle a situation when short staff they have a pick up window for dashers n Uber eats they made me go to the drive through to get my order making me real late making customer blowing up my phone about their order reported me n gave me bad ratings cause someone in there couldn’t take min 3 minutes just to take an order to pickup window the manager was Gaby call the next day the same thing with manager name Rocio rude n don’t know how to handle situations I managed a Dominoes while out of H.S n a couple times I was short hande with workers and drivers n always managed when I left they offer more money cause of my work Service Delivery
