I’ve had a lot of prime rib and this was probably the worst thing I’ve ever paid for. It came out cold and extremely undercooked. For almost $40 I’d expect some sort of seasoning and a sear. I’ll start by saying this was our first time there. Our server, Jordan K. was amazing and friendly. The restaurant has a great bar & grill vibe, but the food stood out. I had the Bourbon street pasta and my wife had the guacamole burger. I would rate my dish a 5 star. It was hot and tasty. Full of shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage. My wife’s burger was tasty and full of the fixings. The fries were crispy and tasty. We got the chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert and totally worth buying. Have ordered from here a couple of times now when my sister and her kids visit from out of town. We've all ordered something different each time and the orders are always accurate and exceed expectations. Food is delicious!! I have always just brought the food home so can't comment on wait time or staff. Do wish there was a designated spot to park but it's a small lot so can understand why they wouldn't want to lose a spot. Very friendly atmosphere from the little time I've spent inside. Food was good and they had several interesting signature items. Went on a busy night so there was 20+ minute wait to be seated. Food also took awhile to arrive and one of our guest's meals wasn't brought out and we had to bring that to the attention of the server to get the meal. Husband and I went for an early dinner arrived around 2:45. Took a while to get seated in the first place. Mind you it was not busy at this time. The waiter ash asked what we would like to drink. We asked for 2 waters and potstickers for a appetizer. The waters took over 20 minutes to get and the potstickers were about 30 minutes and they came out burnt. Ash did ask if we wanted more and we refused since it took so long the first time. We received our dinners (both got burgers just different kinds) and both burgers were burnt as well. Such a shame cause we really enjoyed the first time. Service was horrible as well, seems he had more time for the other 2 tables that were there.
