Our first time catering from this restaurant. The food was amazing! Amanda, the catering manager who took my order was polite. Unfortunately, when my husband picked up the order he encountered a rude young lady. All because he came 30 minutes early. All she had to say was please give us 20 more minutes. Not continue to nag. My husband knew he was early, but sometimes the food is ready early and sitting. No need for the rudeness. We are all about customer service, is one the reasons we go back to establishments.
