I placed an order via post mates and although I selected to not add sugar or ice my drinks had both ice and sugar. Both drinks made it to my house in about 10 minutes, which in my opinion is incredibly fast. However, I rather have an order that is correct than an order that is delivered fast. Please read instructions, sugar is a deal breaker for me. Likely I won't be ordering from this place again, there are other nearby spots that do get my order right. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I love the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Very clean and friendly staff. I have been to other Boba Times and this one is my favorite by far. Angie the cashier has great customer service skills. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
