0 respeto a la hora de tratar a los clientes. Un negocio se debe a los clientes que lo frecuentan y si no sabes asumirlo con responsabilidad y humildad, no trabajes en atención al cliente ni tengas negocio; quédate en un empleo al que solo debas responderle a un jefe que te tolere. Antes de ir a comer, lean primero las respuestas a las reseñas negativas y vean que clase de personas son Service: 1

Pésimo lugar para ir a comer primero que nada porqué les falta la humildad de saber reconocer el error cometido como se puede ver en los comentarios de muchoooos de los que acá opinan, es decir de sus consumidores que son quienes pagan el salario de sus empleados, segundo porque cometen errores de Dinero que resultan en perdida monetaria para los consumidores esconden los comentarios que no les favorecen y aparte de todo el mesero usando usando su celular mientras trabaja no se concentra en las órdenes atiende de mala manera y los dueños le aplauden la gracia como si estuviera bien hecho! Hasta le faltan el respeto al consumidor.... LAMBUSIO. ES EL QUE TENIENDO SE NIEGA A DAR Y HASTA DONDE SE MI COMPAÑERO NO SE NEGO A PAGAR LA NEGLIGENCIA DE SU TRABAJADOR... #AGALLUDO ES EL QUE AUN TENIENDO QUIERE MAS! Y ESO YA SABEMOS QUIENES SON! Lo peor de esto ni siquiera es el hecho de que no saben trabajar! Lo peor de esto es que con su comportamiento dejan mal parada las raíces que supuestamente representan fuera del país! So I ordered 2 “cachapas” over the phone, we were told by the lady (a bit rude) that the food was going to take a bit longer than usual because they didn’t have one topping, something was missing, it was hard to understand her explanation. I said it was ok, since I was placing this order from Elgin and I was willing to wait and drive. Well an hour later I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the food. About 15 mins of wait for somebody to take care of me, the lady comes out of the kitchen, asks about my order, I tell her I ordered 2 cachapas, turns out they didn’t put the order. So she tells me they could make em in about 30min….so I told her no thank you, I don’t want this order no more. So I leave and go to another place of course by this time I was starving already, and while I am at OTHER RESTAURANT already eating, I receive a call from them telling me my order was READY” so I tell her I cancelled while I was there at the restaurant. The lady gets angry and tells me “why do you order food if you are not picking it up” So yeah, it’s been a while since I had such a bad experience at a restaurant….no need to say I will never go there ever, I won’t recommend my friends and family to get food from there.
