We had an amazing experience at Island Thyme. The lady taking our order was very nice and helpful, the food was just incredible (highly recommend getting a whole lobster, shown below), the coconut shrimp and rosemary fries were also amazing. 100% recommend coming here, and we hope to be back someday. The food was great and so was the customer service! It is two counters which was slightly confusing but the food and drinks were some of the best I’ve had so far. My boyfriend and I had a lobster to share with Mac and cheese. The woman who prepared it made mine decorated and it was super thoughtful. Will definitely be back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Went to Island Thyme with a friend and had the worst service. We waited approximately 10 minutes to have our order taken because one lady was working two counters. The woman accepting payment was rude and walked away multiple times while we were trying to ask her a question. The menu has the same name for two separate dishes with separate prices even though only one is listed on the menu. We ordered food to share and was told we could only get one set of silverware per order. I had watched the cashier hand another couple two sets because they were sharing the plate. Sad because the food is delicious but the lady who you talk to has the worst attitude. She is consistently rude and unhelpful, she is enough of a detractor that I no longer will be going to Island Thyme. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Waited a long time to have my order taken. My panini was incorrect (and more like a sub than a panini). The coconut dumplings had no coconut flavor. However, the rosemary fries and smoothie were excellent.

This place was the perfect breakfast stop when we got off the cruise ship! You get a little taste of the Caribbean culture in the food and all the portions were just the right amount and not over priced. I would highly recommend making a stop here everything comes in Togo boxes so even if you don’t have a lot of time it’s a great pit stop:) Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast
