Teach your employee to get hot/sweet sauces when customer order teriyakis for to go, not telling me the sauces are inside. I believed her and opened the box. And I found it's just food. What the heck? Lying to the customer for food? It's not just one teriyaki but three. Have some common sense and know the basic required service for the menu. Foods: Rice are terrible, they're all mashed like potatoes. Beef teriyakis are worst. They were marinated too much. They're like BEEF JERKY. Amazing, this restaurant make the most #1 food in their menu but worst of all. We've been living in South Bay for all our lives, over 50 years. I will do my least not come here again and so do my friends and families. Bad service and food are what happenes when the owner never stays around. Better learn there's no easy money. What else can I say? A place that actually focuses on the star of the plate. The Sauce. When you say Teriyaki. It's like a good Mexican spot. If the salsa is good, the food is good. Louis is a master of the craft. His fresh made chili is the best on the planet for me. Your service is impeccable, and your attitude is one that should be emulated in every business.
