Music too loud, conversation became impossible. Very expensive place, they charged 80RM for corkage (even much more expensive than the bottle of Spanish wine itself). We didn't order food. Good location.

It's 2020! No smoking in eateries but how do you define eateries? To me, any place that sells food qualifies. Bistro? They sell finger food. Do they qualify? Ash trays were on every table but no one lights up, so I was optimistic. Ordered some drinks. At about 9 pm a guy lights up. I approach him and reminded him of the non smoking law. He went outside. Not too long, a European lady and her companion came and also lit up. I approached them. They stubbed out. 10 minutes later the lady lit up again. That's when I took a foto and posted it on this site. There were no "No Smoking" sign on the walls. Was I wrong to assume that bars and bistros are no exception to the "No Smoking" law?
It is a bar with live music. Music is ok mostly country and rock music. For the rest to me it is just another bar nothing more and nothing less. You can smoke and preferably sit outside so you can have a conversation as the music is loud inside.
