Most guests recommend trying good chicken steaks, salads and fried chicken. Many people visit this restaurant to taste perfectly cooked biscuits, pancakes and French toasts. Wine is delicious, try it. It might be good to try great coffee or good ice tea. Iron Skillet is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are fair for the quality you get. It is known as a place with beautiful decor. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is lovely. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Very friendly, love that you can have the choice of ordering from a menu or having the all you can eat buffet. For breakfast of course, sausage, eggs, hash browns and then they have waffle and pancake makers so you can make your own, fresh and hot. For lunch and dinner, there is salad bar, ham, beef, gravy, mashed potatoes, and the list goes on. Went here one year for thanks giving. It was delicious and one heck of a deal for four people. I think it was 14.95 a person all you could eat. Best part was, we were stuffed and no dishes to make. Bad part was, no left overs, but hey, it was worth it. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Sat Feb 3 2024, In today's world where truck stops have gone to fast food, it was refreshing to find one with a restaurant. I just had breakfast, hamburger steak and eggs. Simple breakfast. Yet it's amazing how many restaurants can mess up the simplest things. My food here was awesome! Everything cooked perfectly! Even the toast was perfectly buttered. Stopped on the 18th to stay at truck stop and go have breakfast in the morning. Staff went above and beyond to make my birthday breakfast one for the books. My day couldn't have started better while on the road. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I like the one in Reno so I stopped here because the Shari's down the road has went in the gutter and is horrible. Service was great even w 1 server for several customers. My bake potatoe was clearly microwaved. My sirloin steak was super small and thankfully tasted better than it looked. The Lemon pepper salmon was cooked great and as I asked however the seasoning was throat closing..WAY too much n made me cough w every bite. I will stop again however and see how it goes Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

A hidden gem. Just had the most amazing Christmas breakfast. Simple, tasty and YUMMY. Our waitress, Denise, was just a super bright spot on this dreary Christmas day. This is a Truck Stop Dinner. Walk in and a truck stop mini-mart to the right and the dinner to the left. The menu has just enough variety and not too much. Too much selection of food you can order means questionable freshness of your food. Less variety means there’s a turn over of what’s being ordered. So I am okay with a sparse menu, or maybe the menu didn’t have their selection crowded in on the paper? The meal was good, and it seemed a good value to me. The waitress was good. Was there when I wanted her attention and only then. I don’t like being harassed by a waitress constantly asking me if the food is good. If you have to ask, then it ain’t. I’m not paying to being forced to talk to the waitress every few minutes with food in my mouth and my waitress didn’t do that, she let me eat. Again the meal was good. The only negative was the men’s restroom. There was one toilet stall the was close off with an out of order sign and it smelled like they’ve been marinating a bowel movement in there all day. Another gloomy day at the Medford airport. Rain drops were pouring everywhere. Returned my Enterprise rental and the Western Towncar suggested this place. The Iron Skillet truly brightened our day. Fluffy pancakes, crunchy hash browns, medium-rare steak and eggs as bright as the sun. That was the manager’s special. Enjoyed every bite. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
