Had this as takeaway at my workplace. The brisket was flavorful, but pretty fatty. I don't mind cutting off the top section it's the pieces that are all fat and a whisper of meat that I don't enjoy. My puppy will be happy! The bottom bun was really wet- tasted greasy. The max and cheese was pretty bland, some boxes are more flavorful and less runny. The beans were very tasty. I think a toasted bun would be an excellent idea, I get that catering they don't always have the luxury of setting up a toaster option. I would recommend trying them at their location for a potentially different experience, and if I'm down that way, I would give them a go. Fantastic service. Sage was a great server. We ordered several of the Iron Grill IPA, the smoked chicken wings, and the Carolina rolls. I definitely recommend all of it. I can’t even begin to tell you how much I liked the wings. Smoked to perfection. The owner came out and thanked us for coming and even gave us a free desert. It was homemade the way his mom used to make it. Overall 10/10. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
