Jeremiah and Michela (i think that’s her name) at the insomnia cookies in exton have always been nothing less than incredible. they are so kind and always make my day better. my cookies are always warm and stay fresh for quite a few days after purchase. i love coming home to my insomnia cookies. me and my boyfriend love going there when we are out for a late night drive and it’s the best when i just finish work and can drive over and get a snack. Jeremiah and Michela are probably the main reason i go there so much. thier friendliness makes you feel so welcomed. I placed an order for my son’s birthday party and they had an offer to deliver free to our home. However the third party delivery service (Doordash) screwed up and did not have their delivery guy pick up on time. I called the store and Jeremy from Insomnia Cookies was apologetic and sorry for the delivery screw up. I offered to drive myself and pick up the order realizing that it was not their fault. Jeremy kindly explained that this screw up should not have happened and without me asking fully refunded my order amount. Thank you Jeremy for your excellent customer service.
