New spot in town that is still on the soft open. Definitely gonna give it another go!
I'm not high on ramen spots. So this was definitely outside my wheel house for reviews.
Appetizers:
Fried Shrimp: Flattened butterfly style shrimp. Pretty thin for the price. Expected something with a little more substance.
Endemame: The house seasoning is dynomite. The portion was spot on for the price.
Dishes:
Tomato ramen and Curry (shrimp) ramen: both dishes where more than enough and didn't leave a heavy feeling in the gut. Full of flavor and a great presentation when served.
The Good: location is great and the front outdoor patio looks very inviting. Inside the design has been very well done. Staff was attentive and friendly.
The Bad: If you're vegetarian there's not a lot to choose from. The bar is currently not operating at this time (but told it should be soon). Menu has some black out dishes that I really wish I could have been able to try.
Definitely will be back! For something out of my comfort zone I really enjoyed it.

Best Ramen in Oklahoma!! (Inkfire ramen)
Yes, that sounds like a bold statement but let me tell you something my friends, I had my fair share in the ramen tasting world and this one makes it to my top 5.
The broth is angelic, so smooth, so flavorful, I could just drink that by itself, the noodles perfectly cooked, they cooked it at the moment you order. (I recommend eating it there, don’t take it to go).
The Inkfire black ink ramen, wow! That was delicious so many toppings, is so special is a must try.
For the longest time I been looking for a restaurant that makes a decent fried rice, let me tell you, This fried rice is more that decent is freaking fantastic, don’t believe me, go try it! You won’t regret it.
They have a great selection on Tapas/appetizers. My favorites; the bacon enoki mushroom, the wings 😘👌🏽 and the Inkfire sausage omg!! That sausage!!! If there is a tapas you need to try is that deliciousness, is home made, delicate, fragrant, just exquisite.
My friend! I can be hours talking about how good this food was, but mostly I’m so excited for Norman, downtown was needing a restaurant like this.

The food tasted sooo good, i highly recommend the spicy wings, tomato ramen! the sauce of the Goo Boo Scoop is sweet and sour, so very delicious!
Can't wait their liquor license ready so i can enjoy the patio drinking night!

My husband and I came up to see some friends that live in the area, and they wanted to try the new ramen place, and I'm so glad we did! The food was amazing, and the service was really good and friendly! And the atmosphere was really chil. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Norman!

Garlic edamame is a must! Cucumbers with smoky chili oil are excellent! Dragon fire ramen and Dan tan noodles were delicious. We will be back!

Absolutely loved my experience at Inkfire! My ramen was AMAZING, and the staff was so friendly! I even got to speak with the owner, Vickey! Love having more women-owned businesses on Main Street. Pro tip: get the edamame with the garlic sauce! ❤️🔥💯😋

We love InkFire! Great new addition to Main Street where The Meating Place used to be. I recommend the crab puffs and chicken fried rice. Our server Faith was wonderful and asked us unprompted if we had any food allergies, which I thought was very thoughtful. Looking forward to them getting their liquor license and sitting out on the patio!
