I like it. They have a great healthy selection, and the people are very nice. Public restroom back right corner. Lots of fresh healthy fruits and vegetables. Fresh bread and local honey is amazing. Long magazine rack is interesting. All the healthy juices!

Very fresh salad bar that had many items to choose from. Prices here are better than the area we live in. I was surprised at how large the store is. Only complaint was the clerk didn't ask if we wanted a savings card or offer to use one for us.

Very clean and very nice supermarket. I was very surprised to see how much of a selection they had. I was not expecting so much for a supermarket in the mountains. Very pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend

Here’s a novel idea, hire more cashiers and fix your poor self checkout system. Publix is going to steal all your business. Staff that is there are very kind

Unbelievable… make several trips to the mountains (about twice a year) it always surprises me how rude the people are that work at this location. My family visited this store on Sunday( first day in town), did our shopping and spent $500 dollars. When we got to the front as unloading we realized we grabbed to similar items. We informed the cashier Renee that we accidentally grabbed this and asked if someone could put it back. She stopped ringing up our $500 dollar order to walk all the way to the back of the store to put a item up. There was literally a bagger standing there that could of done that but her attitude and demeanor made it seem like she was trying to make a point. We tried using our phone number for the discounts and as so many times before we tried to use our phone numbers (both numbers) and it didn’t work. Twice a year every year we have to sign up for a card and fill out a sheet give it back to someone and it never gets entered. Renee made this a production having to get a card and get us signed up it wasn’t until the end of the interaction that she realized just how rude she was being and tried to back tract. The damaged was already done and the way she made us feel will stick with us. Today (Friday) I had to run and by the baby medicine because he wasn’t doing well. Went through the self check out and the information we just provided 5 days ago and guess what neither phone number is in the system. I ask the attendant if she can scan a card so I can still have the savings and explained that we just signed up the other day she told me she is not allowed to do that. So am I suppose to sign up for another card again? She didn’t have even walk me through a new card or recommend one. I am so glad there is more competition coming into this town because the trajectory this location is on it won’t last long.

Super clean Service was great Cashier and baggers were freaking amazing. They were well trained by a floor supervisor who was just as great. I even tipped the $5 because they made me feel like a part of their community. Rewards program helps you save a lot! Large department banners to guide you around the store Customer restrooms

Amazing! We luv ingles & this particular one is much larger than other Ingles due to growing area of Waynesville, WNC. Definitely recommend! Great customer service always!
