Surprised that I had not stopped in sooner! Right off county road 42. They have a good patio with cornhole plenty of seating and space. Inside offers tons of tables high or low whatever your preference. Games, and when we went did a kid craft event. Tons of options of beer. We went with a flight and liked all of them. We already had plans for lunch but they offer a brunch menu on Sundays that look amazing (will come back to check out) we ordered fries to nibble on and they were tasty. The employees were super! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Also appreciated the high chair options and coloring books.

Great atmosphere and great beer. Very friendly service. Food menu looked delicious, we didn’t try any this time but we would like to come back and eat. Nice outdoor space to enjoy good weather. A fun place to stop for a good brew.

First visit to ineffable was a win! Counter service for food and drinks. Ordering was easy, food came out quickly, and seating was plentiful. Would love to see more IPAs come around. The hazy was Deeeelicious. My husband also tried the sour and liked it. We tried a 6 piece bone in wings with a side of ranch, the beef nachos, and kids each had the kids fish sticks with fries. Ranch is homemade and soooo freaking good. We all battled over it to dip everything in. Kids meals were devoured. The nachos were bigger than they looked as the toppings were layered and plentiful. Lots of games stacked up inside to play, sidewalk chalk/bubbles/bags outside. Only non alcoholic options were bottled IBC root beer and water. For families with kids (and non drinkers!), I’d love to see lemonade or kombucha as an alternate option. All in all- we loved it and agreed that it’s a great close to home place to come again.

Great brewery to go too! Had the pleasure to repair there beer cooling system a few weeks ago, and at same time get to know the owners and there story. After repair was done: was offered a beer and it was really good. The photos I've posted were showing several of the owners mopping and getting there hands dirty. This is proof they deserve to be in business and want there guests to have a clean place yo eat and drink at! Keep up the good work!
Not much of a beer selection, so much so no one in our group ended up getting one. I wish we would have cut our losses here. Does anyone like qr menus? I don’t. Their already alarmingly large menu is SIX pages in a pdf. Try navigating that on a phone. Ok, at least if they’re doing the stupid we thing you can at least order and pay at the table right? Nope. Just brings you to a pdf. You have to go to the bar to order. I got the Katsura sandwich and wanted sweet potato fries, however they where all out. Again, a proper digital menu you could just remove this item. When I picked up my sandwich the sauce POURED out. Gross. Ineffable as a name fits the place, my experience and the replies they give to these reviews.
First visit since brewery became Ineffable Brewing. Tried four of their beers. Of the four sampled, the Dirty blonde coffee blonde was the best. We took home a growler. We also tried the food. The banh mi sandwich was good but small size compared to other restaurants I have had it. The Cubano sandwich was the best of the two entrees we tried. We would definitely go back.

My first time here was a great experience. The staffs are friendly and well-mannered. I like the overall environment of this brewery, it feels quite cozy and laid back. The house brew and Flights drinks are savory. The Mixed Berry Sour has that perfect hint of sour for those that crave sour beverages, I enjoyed every sip of it. As for the food, I think I may have found the BEST cheese curds in all of Minnesota! I am confident to say that I enjoyed these cheese curds more than the Minnesota State Fair cheese curds. Practically, all of their foods are made from scratch per the employees. I applaud their chef. I know that if I am ever near the Burnsville area, I would definitely stop by for a pint of Mixed Berry Sour and two orders of cheese curds.

This is an awesome family / dog friendly brewery south of the river! We went on a Wednesday for trivia night (Christmas in July) it was super fun. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the beer and food. We both enjoyed the Mexican Lager and split the Cubano and fish and chips. The food was outstanding hot and very fresh. I love the seasoning they put on their fries too. We will for sure be back. If you havent tried this gem you are missing out.
Food was good! Not super busy for a Saturday afternoon at lunch time. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Accommodating for food allergies.
