I'm so happy I found an Indian restaurant close by. This was my first time ordering. I didn't wait long. I order out since I prefer to eat at home. It's delicious. The size of the Garlic Naan is huge. The Chicken Tikka Masala is very flavorful, Gulab Jamun is perfect not so sweet like the many places I tried. I will definitely be back soon! Very satisfied! Saw a lot of reviews on Facebook for this place. Excellent food and excellent prices. The family running the place were so nice. Glad we have an Indian restaurant so close to the house now. Had the tikki masala and garlic naan, made fresh to go with your food. Give it a try if you’re in the local area. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants here in Houston, and without a doubt, this is the most authentic Indian food I’ve had. A lot of Indian restaurants in the Houston area have flavors that lean Nepali or Pakistani, but it’s difficult to find a flavor profile that leans Punjabi and gives a more authentic Indian taste. But Indian Punjabi Restaurant gives the taste I’ve been looking for years and makes me feel like I’m eating food from the heartland of India. We got Paneer Makhani, Paneer Kadhai, Malai Kofta, Baingan Bharta (spicy eggplant), Gajar ka Halwa (sweet carrot dessert), and garlic and plain naan. The makhani was so tasty and had the right kick of savory creaminess. The Paneer Kadhai was zesty, flavorful, and in each bite you could feel the essence of fresh ginger. The Malai Kofta shined with its soft, delicate kofta balls, and its gravy was a well balance of soft yet savory flavors. You couldn’t tell you were eating eggplant with the Baingan Bharta and the Gajar Ka Halwa was sweet, soft, and a perfect way to end the meal. The naan was crispy, soft, and perfectly balanced with garlic and buttery flavors. All the dishes tasted fresh and made with heart. It’s mainly to-go, but there is one table available for sitting.
