First time dinning at the chain. Burger was OK. Fries were terrible. They were dry and had sat too long next to the fryer. Ate food in the parking lot. Wait was 15+ mins in the drive through. 🤤😋 Awwww In-N-Out Burgers!! We're from the east coast and can't get them. Anytime we're out west we love us an In-N-Out burger!!! This location is awesome!! Very clean, well run location. Inside/outside seating, very busy but things do move very well, this kitchen is in step! There's someone always cleaning the way for the next guests. Drive thru available as well. 2023-July, Sunday, 9 pm. We decided to order and eat inside because the drive-through looped through the entire parking lot. Even inside, there was a line. It took about 40 minutes from the time we fall in line to order our food to get called for our food. As soon as we got to the front of the line, we were informed that their shake maker is down. Ugh! We just ordered anyways because we were starving. The burger was good. The fries were too salty. Not worth the time. Good luck! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I travel a lot and I can say with confidence that this is the best burger chain in the world. I tried the double burger, the fries and the chocolate shake. It was all incredibly delicious. Yes, the lines here are long, but the food is so much better than other places. The atmosphere is amazing! Clean, friendly, and quick service. I recommend everyone to visit this place!

Animal Fries were stale and the double double was "just okay." Service was friendly and we only had to wait about 15 minutes in the drive thru. This was my first time here, and the service was great. I was afraid I was going to be stuck in the drive thru, but it was actually faster than other "fast food" places in the area. I would give 4.5 stars if I could because the burger (double double) was delicious. The fries were ok and were actually my only complaint. Don't get me wrong, they were crispy and fresh, but there were quite a few black ones. They were less expensive and fresher tasting than most other "fast food" places in the area. East-coaster who has been hearing about In-N-Out for years and years. Got a chance to try one my last night in Colorado. It was delicious, but no different than most other smash burgers. Fries were just okay, but the milkshake was pretty good. Overall, worth the price, and maybe worth the hype. But the huge crowd and the long wait time definitely take away from the experience, at least for me.
