The food was not good at all...not sure how a turkey sandwich goes wrong. The table wasn't clean and there was a homeless man sitting outside with 2 dogs, 1 disabled panhandling. I appreciate his hustle but I don't appreciate staff not addressing anything. It was a sad experience especially since I love IHOP. I’ve been going to this local IHOP for many years, I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed it yet. A well established iconic Restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Their specialty is Breakfast in fact All Day Breakfast. Today we were here for their Special of 2X2X2=5! 2 Pancakes, 2 Eggs, and 2 Bacon or 2 Sausage for $5.00! Great deal! and to make it more rewarding today was BOGO Milkshakes! Waitress was kind and friendly. Need some good ole’ fashion comfort food give IHOP a try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2nd time visiting this IHOP. They changed the menu but they still serve banana Nutella crepes and it's really good. Boneless Buffalo wings taste like they added mango.
